Good drama with some plot twists that keep it entertaining until the end. Not as good as The Veil, but for anyone who likes this genre it's well worth watching.
Good series, even though the story could have been better explored. The OST was great and overall production also. The Koreans got some great stories and series about time travel. I'm also well impressed by their music writing. So, the overall result is a good series that I enjoyed watching.
Nice series. Light hearted and funny. Started a bit slow but improved the pace later. Zhao Lu Si and a few others did a great job as well as the director and production. Will likely watch again in the future.
Very good series. Watched all episodes from beginning to end. No fast forwarding or skipping. Great actors, production, music, and direction. Only caveat was the ending. Series would have been much better without the last 10 minutes.
Overall, the production and acting were so-so. It felt like a mix of "Man in Black" with a Chinese Costume Drama. Some parts were confusing and rushed while others dragged.
I would had given this series a higher score if not for some super cheesy scenes and the final, which was bad. That "street rescue" with all those super-armed troops that simply watched the "cavalry rescue" without doing anything made me cringe.
As for the ending, their plan was to live leisurely forever? Wasn't the king supposed to marry and have a heir?
