One of the best fight scenes! What dorection, great action and a thrilling story…Its dark as well, not light hearted First it feels that story is a bit common but then it keeps you on the edge of the seat and of course you won’t be able to guess who wins in each fight everytime because something else goes on in the background all the time, except the end, its plain and simple and thats why I liked it
idk about the numbers but I know this- they have produced some very good dramas as well…its not like netflix is the only one who makes some tradh dramas, every studio has been through this stage
Nah the ending is just nonsense…wait this drama should’ve been named “All of us are dead” lmao The thing about ending- one psycho guy was the problem and that guy who avoided guns did that at the end was the most senseless thing I saw in the drama. Thats why Ig people dont like the ending and I agree
How did the military not teach students how to use knives before guns, lol it feels like half of the fights could have been won with just a knife. The creatures seemed very bad IMO. The noise and vfx felt like a fetish to me, but the real gem of the drama is the character development.
Nah this is a drama without romance just friendship n we love it that way romance will shift the focus
I want romance as well but not in the main plot. Just let them become couples or something no need to show romance scenes that much. It can work, chemistry is already excellent
To be honest, when season 1 came out and it was on SBS, I didn't want to watch it. I just thought the premise…
I agree with you 100% Imo I experienced the same things, it felt like they did fan service with cool and strong ML but honestly it did not feel like an achievement…moreover, intensity has been reduced, I watched first 7eps and did not find anything keeping me on the edge of my seat really. It has veered towards common and generic storylines. But the production quality was very good, loved the taxi mods and scenes, as a driving enthusiast I loved that part of the drama. I like revenge plots, but they should be meaningful and ofc worthy of revenge but here it just felt shallow and as you said poor character development imo I dropped it at ep7. I cant watch diff cases per 2 eps, rather should have done it in 1 then maybe could have got better pacing.
I agree with most of the people here but with a catch - ayo I think I will drop this season… this type of multiple cases dramas are just not for me Ig (except some like firefighters) Idk why s1 felt overhyped to me as well but it was still better than this the 2nd season. This is outright bored me, villains and cases sometimes felt unnecessary and yeah like FILLERS… if you love this kinda dramas then ig it wont be a problem for you but for me I want very high stakes, mysterious, unpredictable and serious kinda dramas with couples and stuff as koreans can mix them up pretty well imo
I havent watched p1 yet but I am planning to as soon as I complete taxi driver s2. Coming to the issue, s2 seems to be disappointing as far as I could understand from the reviews and comments. What shall I do? Should I watch the whole series? Can I skip s2? Just give me something
See what I wanna say is I understand they made the killing and investigation a cover up to get the gold, but this is what made it completely different imo. I mean for me, it did not make sense... I would have wanted the writers to make it about the killings rather than concentrating on the gold coz I felt it lost its uniqueness from S1 when the motive was simple revenge or some gold bars. Also, the real killers were some different people altogether, they did not have much screentime and it felt like their character development was not deep. Don't get me wrong, I liked the idea of overall planning and detective being very intelligent, but I was a bit disappointed with S2 to be frank
Yeah thats true that s2 explained a lot of things. But honestly, I think serial killing with the blind of scam would have been a better choice. Revenge of NSC also did not feel that complete or even reasonable. Whatever, its done and I move ahead, did not make an impression on me as I was hoping after watching s1
I am with you on this. I did not get the reasoning behind many actions in this drama. S1 was a banger like really good. Then in s2 I did not like the change of direction to gold and stuff, made it complicated imo. I would have loved it if they went with something that continued the serial killings and focusing more on detective skills rather than NSC and his history. Honestly I skipped the past scenes a lot. Some were interesting but for the most part I felt sleepy. Still a good drama, if you like it then you will like it otherwise meh
got me out of my 2 month kdrama slump, i loved it :)
Wait the same for me as well…damn what a coincidence. It took my like 2 weeks to complete this. Earlier I used to complete a 16ep drama in 3 days MAX. Ig I am gettin old

Netflix has nailed quite some dramas as well
Dont worry, ending is not something you might like anyway…
