I know Moon Jo was a psychopath in Strangers from Hell but I kept rooting for his character right until the end still. Lol. LDW did impeccable in the series fr!
E103: This episode was so entertaining fr! The Gganbu special was a bit boring but this episode redeemed that last 2 episodes (the last part of the Gganbu special has been funny too thanks to the director lol). Anyway, that balloon popping game was fun and creative.
Oh yes! I’m happy that chinese platforms are buying rights to air and sub lakorns now. Thippy, Neko, and the few others are doing a great job of giving fansubs but there’s so many lakorns and so little subbers. At least now, we get more lakorns subbed for sure.
Namcha needs more lead roles! She is such a good actress and I hope they’ll give her a chance to act as good guy instead of going the villain route (not that she isn’t delivering though but I hope to see her land a different role).
Give this girl her nang’ek role please! It’ll be interesting to see her in one but it’ll probably hard to transition from a nangrai to a nang’ek for a lot of those acting villains. She’s an amazing actress though and delivers what a nangrai usually should be.
Both Yeojin and Hein have already been good since the first season but they improved more + their set piece plays…
It’s a bummer that they are playing indoors unlike the first season. I feel like it’s limiting the players especially the ones from the older teams because they can’t play as good as they were with the limited space. But it’s prolly because they considered the newer teams and their stamina. Also, they prolly consideres the weather too. Anyway, just imagine if they really played in the same court they had the previous season? Great kickers like Yeo Jin or He In would play better because they could move more freely. The same with the goalies and how they can do goal kicks. I honestly feel like it would be a pity to make Lee Hye Jung a goalie. She’s pretty solid in defense and is not afraid to do body checks with bigger players like Kim Min Kyoung.
Anyway, I keep saying this but I have rooted for FC Actionista and FC Giants since the start of the first season. And I’ll continue rooting for them. Hoping they’ll both enter the bigger league.
As expected, the first match of FC Giants is with FC Wonder Woman. Tbh, Giants has no ace players compared to other teams (especially now that Hyejin won’t play this season but she has never been an ace player imo; she has been a good leader though with strong will) but their advantage probably is the team’s ability to play as a group? I don’t know if that makes sense but I just saw them being stabler as the season progressed last season. And Lee Hyun Hyi really was their most improved player for their team so I’m guessing she’ll be playing captain this time. Anyway, still rooting for FC Giants even though FC Wonder Woman has two ace players!
FC Actionista looks strong this season. They'll probably grab the Champions League berth.
Both Yeojin and Hein have already been good since the first season but they improved more + their set piece plays are great. Meanwhile, Jaehwa improved so much — her defense is stable. Lee Hyejung is a great addition to their lineup. Their weakest link, however, is their goalie. But yes, I agree that they have a big chance to qualify the Super League (and even grab the win only if their goalie improves).
They usually do it in c-dramas to be approved to air or something. It isn’t uncommon in c-dramas to cut off the time and effort spent by the cast and crew to shoot scenes that aren’t gonna even air sadly. But like, considering how some series get stuck and piled not ever seeing the light of the day (especially if it’s been way too long and for unfortunate reasons, someone in the cast gets involved in a big scandal), I’m presuming cutting scenes/episodes to expedite the airtime approval process is better than waiting longer?
