So happy to see him being casted in the variety show, Handsome Tigers. I can’t wait to see him growing with the others as I’ve been a big fan of his athleticism during his CKOTB stints.
I know that the hype for Eun Woo is because of his popularity (not saying that it’s the sole reason of the hype considering he appeared to be passionate too but it’s playing a big role still) and is done to gain more viewers but I hope everyone would be hyped up more equally (though I know this really can’t be possible as some may have really quiet personality not for variety but one can still be hopeful, right?) as the episodes progress.
Anyways, started watching this for Sangyoon (and got quite hyped seeing the Julien-Jisuk duo since I didn’t expect to see a mini-CKOTB reunion) but I think I would enjoy the journey of this whole group.
Fifth episode and idk if I’m the only one who notices how close the eldest and the maknae are. They just seem comfortable with each other and it’s cute.
Congrats to the whole The Fiery Priest team for bagging a lot of awards (including the Daesang - Grand Prize which was won by Kim Nam Gil) at the 2019 SBS Drama Awards. Happy the jury saw how they fit each award category. Hoping for a season 2.
Seo Ye Ji as the main lead is a major “I’m so gonna watch this for sure.” I mean she’s so pretty and talented. Loved her ever since I watched Lawless Attorney. Cannot wait to see what this pair-up would bring in to the table (notwithstanding the fact that I haven’t really watched any KSH show that much and my only basis was his acting on Dream High which I happened to watch super way back lol)
I have so many favorite episodes in this series as different charms are exhibited by each master. Among everything I love, I particularly like re-watching Chief Kim Byung Man’s episode. His “I am still a chick trying to be a chicken” is a line that had a great impact on me. So simple (and may not be as beautifully poetic as some may argue) and yet, it made me feel something. And now that KBM has had his second feature in this show, I can’t help but feel so happy because in a way, I was able to partly witness his progress into achieving his dream. E97 was another great episode that evoked a proud moment in me even though this is technically just a vicarious experience.
At first, I liked this but it’s as if the magic faded away and the realization that this is such a cringe-y series poured in once I got back to it after putting it on-hold. Idk if it’s just me growing and having a new perspective, but yeah... a lot of these characters are just so flat. I also got annoyed watching E26 and the insinuation that the lead should choose the brat just because of two attempted suicides. Absurd!
It's not terrible but one of the reasons why the other version stood out was Jun Ji Hyun's character she made…
Couldn’t help but imagine how incredible this would be if it was Kimmy casted as the female lead instead.
I mean, no offense to Matt, and okay... maybe this part is totally not-MLFAS related, but why can’t we get a Kimmy-Nadech reunion again? Hahaha. Like I love their pairing since I watched their last pair-up. (internally wishing for a Mark-Yaya reunion as well haha i’m starved lol)
I love the cast members and the dynamics of their group. SBS did well casting these four like lit, I can’t imagine this show running with a different set of members. The kids were also so adorable.
Screaming! This show almost has the same members except for not having Jang Hyuk, which is kinda saddening, but still quite happy to see 3/4 ogs from the prequel. Can’t wait to watch this nonetheless! But first, I’ll have to finish PfJ so I can fully enjoy it before seeing how the true KCSI does it. Lol.
Love her since the variety Roommate, but Justice is the first one I’m seeing in her actress portfolio and I am enjoying it. I’m sold! She’s quite a talented actress and I know that she would evolve even more in the coming years.
Great first week for this series. Loving everyone’s acting!
Random: I know the tags scream anti-romantic and the plot for sure won’t revolve with the romance genre, but I can’t help it. First 4 episodes and I already ship CJH and Nana as the two have chemistry. Lol.
