Why can't Choi Sang Eun remember Jung Ji Ho when he was the judge at almost all her divorces?!
because she didn't pay attention. she just did this for money and never cared about the persons around her. I also think the robe has a big impact on forgetting the faces. when you meet someone wearing a job costume, and then meet him/her out of context in every day clothes, it's difficult to remember who the person is. you may recall the face like "I know that person", but who she/he is and the circumstances of your encounter will be blurred. it happened to me so many times that I can completely relate to her experience.
opposite experience here, I find english very good in k dramas most of the time. unlike j dramas and anime.....
not only k people but also western people playing in k-dramas are sometimes concerned as well... very weird. but here I am commenting this drama specifically. not a big deal though...
And how long can she hide her face as 2ml's wife cuz if she becomes a known face, 1ml's colleagues won't be fooled…
I don't like that kind of scenario, but k-drama's writers seem to love it. there is so much dramas where the character change clothes (wigs) endless times the same night to lure people into the illusion of seeing 2 different persons.
And how long can she hide her face as 2ml's wife cuz if she becomes a known face, 1ml's colleagues won't be fooled…
when reading your comment I had this strange idea that... actually you don't care, as long as she enters the building alone (without holding someone's hand or being obviously with someone) everybody will assume she is going to meet the person ones believe she is supposed to live with... because they both live in the same building, and they live there alone, so...
perfect crime!
if it's ML's colleagues they will think she is going to his apartment, if it's journalists, they will think she is going to SL's apartment.
I liked the SL character in "bride of the water god". he is way better than the MML. way better!I also liked the…
JiPyeong made DoSan lie for him. as he wasn't in love with her at this time, he didn't care if someone else showed up claiming being him. then he fell in love with her but it was too late. so he sowed what he reaped.
for me DoSan did nothing wrong, because he fell in love with her at first sight. he was already caught up in JiPyeong’s lies...
that's why i wrote: the money is the only shared "blood" between her and her daughter. she adopted and raised her, she is her mother. and even if she don't want to be seen as SEun's mother, the FL does behave as she is her daughter. so, for me everything is settled.
Damn i watched this when I was like 13/14 and rated this a 10 😭 I come back to the comments and see all these…
never second guess yourself because of others. especially about art, communication and feelings. you are you, and they are them, you do you. it's very ok to adore something everybody else hate.
I don't think he IS homophobic. I think he act like an homophobic person and say homophobic things as an alibi because he wants people to stop thinking he could be gay. it happens a lot, especially in homophobic societies, gay people are the harshest ones when dealing with gay stuffs. because they need to protect themselves and they also hate themselves a lot. so let's see how these will turn out....
Am i weird if i never get SL syndrome in rom coms? Nope not here either. 😂 They always try to weasel their…
I liked the SL character in "bride of the water god". he is way better than the MML. way better! I also liked the SL in "it's beautiful now", the youngest couple had a love triangle, and the sl was way better than the mml. I mean OBJECTIVELY. the FL would have been wayyy happier with the sl. but love is what it is... and in these dramas, the sl did nothing trashy to have his way. they were just beautiful men with no luck in love.
on the question: will the mother give the money back? I'd say: she won't. the only link remained between her and the fl is the money. even if she didn't need it, she kept accepting it. it's not about the money, or about justice or anything "fair". the money is the only shared "blood" between her and her daughter.
she will take it and will not give it back, especially if that can keep her child in korea. she didn't like it when SEun said she was leaving the country. she could have stopped the payments far before, but didn't until SEun was about to stop. there was certainly a symbolic amount of money put on the table for SEun arranged marriage, and they both were very aware of that amount.
I think the mother knew and stopped the payment on its limit on purpose. she also did that for a clear reason; she decided to commit suicide. she was very serious because she keep acting out of character. which means, she is very dangerous now, because she has nothing to loose.
so I don't think she will give the money back. she is going to do whatever she wants how ever she wants.
I wish she's sold those rings instead of giving them up for charity or what have you. But doesn't mada yoo have…

yes he is annoying but he doesn't piss me off. I feel everybody's reaction is a little harsh. he is immature,…
let's agree to disagree. I really understand him and he is somehow cute to me. I also see the big (complicated) picture he just draw for everybody else... it's a kind of "let's go all out and burn all the bridges" feeling. he is impulsive, but still, he is honest with himself (which is huge in my opinion, because our beloved MML cannot compete).
After watching episode 4, I can see now why everyone has changed their minds on the SL, I mean what the hell is…
yes he is annoying but he doesn't piss me off. I feel everybody's reaction is a little harsh. he is immature, for sure, but he didn't intend anything bad towards her. especially because he genuinely love her and would probably be happy to marry her for real. he is just a baby boy in a man's body. but yeah, he made everything VERY complicated, but at least, he hid her face.
perfect crime!
