hari and yeongseo are best friends since school. but, if yeongseo is a chaebol (a rich heir), hari's parents run a fried chicken restaurant and have a lot of debts. she works in a big corporate as food researcher and support her parents. one day yeongseo ask hari to go to a blind date in her name and do whatever is needed to push the pretender away... the problem is, the so called pretender has already decided to marry whoever will show up at his first blind date.

they can all afford to hire 1 caretaker for the 2 babies together.

I agree with you, the writer broke something in the drama's dynamic on ep 37. that was odd, uncomfortable, unfair and that just broke the story. I can't put my finger on what/why that is...

I must say I don't like shaved men, but I don't appreciate when it's too much like toooo much. he is a little less hairy than normal (western people's normal). it's cute!

I laughed so hard! thanks for your review. I didn't read the whole of it yet, will do after I finish the drama (not sure about spoilers). I am currently on ep 10 and read some review as always because I was feeling uncomfortable with some things and wanted confirmations. so you made my day. my intellectual-me dropped the drama at this moment and now everything just seems to be a huge joke. it has then become very light and enjoyable. I think I was way too serious to appreciate this masterpiece (joking, don't hit me!). will come back for some more after watching.

I have just been striken by something, tell me if you think my imagination went wild: what if... the grand-pa dies and his liver is given to sooj?

as I said... it's always hjae. they are so lucky to have this man in their family.

I felt the same, some episodes were really good and some seemed to be there only to fill the void...

I loved how hjae simply proposed to be the donor. I really like this character.
I don't understand why the whole family didn't get tested after finding the truth. there is nothing to wait for, the grand-pa is right.
this is a sad drama again, and I find that very disappointing. I want my happy ending so badly!

sjae and yuna seems to be on tracks, so there is really no need for more than 1 episode to bring closure to this story.

I think that the 2 last episodes will be on solving sooj's illness.
I know nothing about this disease, but if the transplant is the solution, I think that will be the opportunity for the 2 families to behave like one. like one unique family. I think it's interesting to witness who will be the donor and how the relationships will change.

this being said, I also found a lot annoying things about this show, and that this could have been so much better if the writer did a better job.

haej is the only one fighting for the first place, here. haej fights all the time. she is always competing with everybody in an unhealthy way.

the video ends with mirae saying "I love you" (sarangay) to the camera. so I answered "me too, I love you, mirae!"

I get it, but dramas aren't real life. my point of view is "as long as it is possible, I let it pass." because I watch dramas for unlikely and weird things to watch. otherwise I could just visit my neighbors...

and above all, their story is the main story of this drama. She who loses her father is the reason why both families exist in the first place. Nothing would have existed if those two hadn’t gotten lost and reunited.
