I also enjoyed HyunJae's moments with his in-laws. The easy, playful banter of the Hyuns and HyunJae while cooking…
I think that hjae will be happier in his in-laws family than in his own. they are all very much more independent and responsible than his own parents and siblings... except the awful grand-ma.
the ex might comeback, he might not.. As the drama is not pre-produced, they might have changed things here and…
that leaves so few time for the last son to conquer yuna. I gave up the hope that yuna will end up with jhoo. we are clearly heading to a happy ending in sjae-yuna relationship. the problem is, kae (the mom) really dislike yuna now...
I don't like when people talk about leagues and compare human beings like merchandises. also, what you have, your…
if you mixed the episodes you cannot appreciate a story. it changes everything. you cannot feel the pressure if you already know the outcomes. it's like reading spoilers. it ruins the story... here you are: https://www4.dramacool.movie/drama-detail/the-present-is-beautiful
ep 44 ha! haej's narcissism kicks in again. she wants to be the first and the better in everything, even if that means stepping on someone else's toes.
she wants yjae to demand respect from his younger brothers, and have no interest in the balance of his family. you cannot ask for a change without risking the harmony of the relationship. and as yjae said, he has no stamina to be the older brother. she wants to be the one giving the best gift and get upset when she realizes that mirae does it way better! she is so annoying! nothing is spontaneous with her, she is always comparing what she thinks she worth to the other people. she is a calculator.
I loved the cute moment hjae had with his in-laws. they were so charming cooking together!
so things are moving ahead between sjae and yuna. I don't like this couple because I always think that sjae lack some maturity to be in a couple. he just learned how to take care of himself. he is rising from his scam and will certainly have no time or energy to help yuna having her own business. he has no experience in that field either. she would be so much better with jhoo who is settled and have plenty experience in selling food. but what can we do if the chemistry isn't there...
I found the last 2 episodes boring actually. they put so much pressure in the 37th-41st episodes that I lost interest in the day to day adventures. the writer made a big mistake. I didn't watch the previews this time. mirae's ex hasn't come back yet (will he? and what for?) and I am tired about the never coming dramas they always announce. these mind games are tiring for the nerves and do not serve the appreciation of the drama: 2nd mistake.

my point is: talking about leagues even when personality (appearance, health, mental strength, stamina, religion/spirituality, sensitivity, etc.) is on line, is comparing people as you could compare merchandises. there is no league whatever the reason.
ep 43 I realize now that when a drama becomes more dramatic it is difficult to switch back into lighter concerns. all their arguing are just childish and annoying for me because I was too obsessed about things going wrong, like really wrong (the death truck's honk in preview).
no offense to Yuna but I feel like both mi Rae's brother and soo Jae (after he got his life together) are way…

also, what you have, your credentials or diplomas don't matter when relationships are concerned. what matters is how you weigh in your partner’s life. if you make him/her a better person, you ARE the right partner. period.
and regarding this, yuna already proved she is more than capable to turn sjae and jhoo in a better person: she turned scammer-sjae in a more honest and brave person, and robot-jhoo in a more warm person.
this being said, I don't like her. this character is just annoying for me. but I don't under-estimate her.

it's very interesting because you can see by yourself that the director made the choice to cut all the scenes where mirae is natural and enjoying herself. all the scenes she is in are displaying an introverted and shy character.
I agree with you. the writer could have done so many things with mirae's character, and she is kept dealing with…
you see, I cannot say for sure because of that. oh, wait... perhaps are you right because she dealt with her grand-ma's death and the pain of her mother. and yet she seemed to be a little bit off all the time which lead to think she was dealing with superficial matters... the way she handled the break up reinforced that feeling. yes perhaps is the actress the actual problem. because during the funeral even though hjae did nothing either, he was worried and it showed.
the more I get to know the grand-father, the less I like him. he is really a miserable human being. god blessed…
I am not even paying any attention to the great-aunt and her family anymore. because the lee family chose to keep them close to them. they share their house with them and they don't get angry at any of their abuse. so I came to think that they like it in a way or an other.
ep 42 I liked this episode and I finally find pleasant sensations when I watch the drama.
1- the grandfather lied: he presented things as if sooj’s decision was concerted, whereas she put him up against the wall and he was not happy. He really played the hero, like it came from him. he kept saying that the happiness of his grandchildren was important to him when we know that is not true.
2- Sooj should have said what she had decided, she was asked several times and she was like, "oh, I don’t know what’s going on."
3- the grandmother who makes old people’s whims again... endanger the happiness of children simply because one has bruised her ego...
4- in the end, the two children married alone while the parents wanted a real big ceremony since yjae and haej also got married too quickly... so here, the eggs were broken and in the end the parents could not get what they wanted.
5- we finally saw the emergency scene! I found yjae and haej cute these last two episodes. she is more honest with her feelings and yjae is finally caught by his mistakes! hahaha!
so, 1 to go... it looks like things are gonna happen in the last son’s couple. and KAe is having a crisis... Let’s see what happens next week now!
In Asia, especially here in Asia-Pacific, grandparents do play a huge role for better or worse. If you live here…
yes, me too, I always go all the way down before thinking: but they are asian, this is normal for them, brace yourself! hahaha! it teaches me tolerance.

so this only works when the children and grand children need a clan to survive. and that's also why western people doesn't understand that as we are used to only count on ourselves. this is also true in other cultures if they are used to live as an extended family, not nuclear one. for me it's like being caught in the middle-age again...

and now that's funny too...
