the most sad thing is this was something "stars" did in the past, but today everybody (meaning random people) do that as well. I watched a video on youtube where a s-korean explained this:
you can be not so beautiful on the outside but at least you are supposed to try being eye candy with plastic assistance. this is now something you share on your resume when searching a job, and this is seen as a good point.
he shared a story about someone not being hired because he was ugly and didn't get plastic surgery. "at least he should have tried" was the reason.
so... yeah... we are not aware of the "beauty's" pressure s-korean people live with. for that reason, I don't want to be a part of it and point everything bad or less cute on the actors. I am sure they have had enough of it.

you are right, she certainly had some plastic surgeries and botox injections. but every body do that in south korea today... that's the world we are living in.

she was annoying from the beginning. every personality traits she shows at the end were there from the beginning.

the most interesting thing about hyunjae is that he is the one who wanted nothing to do with his family, he felt annoyed living with them and even allowing them to get into his own house, but,
he is the most loving and protective family member and the only one to be deeply involved in the 2 entangled families.

it's easy to blame the writer every time something doesn't please you in the drama. I don't think that's strange at all. in the contrary, that makes total sens.

if you think so why do you even watch the drama? if everything is random what's the point?

I understand her point of view. all surgeries are risky. he is perfectly healthy and he could simply die while helping someone else (and she doesn't really like soojung, let's be honest here).

what she said was "why hyunjae of all people?", and that means a lot.
=> she is not going to put her BETTER son at risk for anybody.

I understood at that moment that hyunjae is the favorite son for his father AND his mother.

the 3 of them showed affection to a different child, and she is supposed to prefer soojae, but here we discover who she really love the most. it must has been heart wrenching for the 2 parents when he decided to move out...

but I agree with you, hyunjae wants to protect his family, he deserves being supported. especially for an organ donation.

I wouldn't say terrible, but it lacks a lot, yes...

it's understandable, the story is full of cliches, so of course as time pass by you'll find yourself mistaking some plot lines with other rom-com stories. but, a drama's value is in the fun you experience while watching it, and not in its long term's impression.

there are unforgettable dramas, and when I come across one, I clearly mention it in my review. because it is something different.

and now I regret replying....

I came across ep 10 by accident, and the first scene is about mirae confessing her love to hyung jae... god, she is brave! it's huge to open up to someone who is obviously not thrilled to be with you. that made me remember why I love her so much!

this being said, I can't find ep 49 anywhere. is it normal?
