There is no love left, just unresolved anger. She just pops back up in his life over a decade later acting like nothing happened. For whatever reason she had to leave him, she still left him at a terrible moment in his life, he might be able to forgive her one day, but that's it. I'm tried of these kdrama parents and blind dates. No, you aren't doing this for your children, your doing this for you. Because actually supporting your child would mean you'd have to defend them infront of others, and you can't deal with that. It reminded me of another drama where the daughter's husband to be was straight up trash to her so she left him after the wedding (before they registered it) and the mom was more worried about what they neighbour's would think than why her daughter called it off. I understand a little how she feels - my mom has thankfully lessened her nagging about grandchildren (just grandchildren, I really don't think she would care if I was married or not at this point, lol), because that would really make me annoyed sometimes.
