The stuff with her family is raising my blood pressure more then it did in the webtoon.

I mean, its skimmed down a bit, some character and archs are missing or shortened but like all the major plot points, the female leads story, are still there. It's still very true to the story, and the casting is like on point.

They metioned it briefly in the webtoon he was staying with his friend because Tae Seon didn't have any other family other then his older brother (his mother just left and no one knew where she was) and his older brother was currently serving his military duty and Gi Jeong didn't want him to be alone. Not sure if that would be addressed in the drama at all.

Also 15 years ago... they were like 10. She needs some professional help for this obsession.

I didn't read that as being jealous, more like he was concerned that the ML was with the people chasing her down the street, also she was complaining about him harassing her last episode so he be concerned about that. I really don't feel anything romantic between the two.

I was wondering. He doesn't so much look like a grumpy old man (he definitely still passes for 40s) - rather he acts like one so it's kind of amusing., lol. I'm just not as bothered as some people seem to be about his age, lol.

I’m not sure how old the ml is meant to be (I’m assuming late 40s because they age actors down all the time), but his curmudgeonly old man vibes is why I’m enjoying this, lol.

it was nice of the writers not to make her climb up the mountain to his school to confess in this adaptation, lol.

The casting for this is crazy. Like even the leads besties look like they pulled them off the page and on to the screen.

It's funny that the same person who wrote Love is for Suckers wrote that couple, because such a quality different with the rest of the writing, lol. I loved finding all the subtle details of him as he becomes more aware of her, and how he can't put on a front around him.
