1. Everyone trying to force things on him wasn't cool. It wasn't okay for her to trick him into seeing his mom, or his sister for barging into his life like that. I understand why they did it, but it wasn't wrong of him for not wanting to to her, or being upset.
2. Yes, the mom is still to blame a bit. She could have fought for him more. Especially when she had a chance to talk to him when he was a teenager.
3. The grandfather is a complete pos, and honestly it was a long time coming. Because he took the choice away from his grandson. He told a child after his father died that his mother and older sister abandoned him (when in reality he kicked them out). He all but forced him into to his lifestyle, only for himself. And I can't with him and 'my son died'. Sure your son died, and you didn't honor his wishes. He didn't want his children live that way. Never mind the corporal punishment on a child just for doodling. Not only did you cause this child pain you can't take back, but he's now going to have to live with guilt he never should have had.
But like why is the one guy and aunt being framed as the only villains when what Ahn Dan Tae's dad did was just as bad if not worse.
Also I gave her sister the benefit of the doubt in the beginning because she was in a pretty hard place, but later on when she's blaming her sister for her actions when she was caught for trying to be a obvious gold digger, yea no.
That dude acting like he's the one who dodged a bullet because of her brother, when she's the one who really dodged a bullet, lol. He's a piece of crap.
Ya'll made it seem like I'd hate episode 11, but I actually didn't completely hate it?!
*Someone finally calling out the Grandpa out on his shit.
* Him finally telling Ji-Han the truth even if it's like twenty years too late. As we all expected it was because of his guilt. It absolutely wasn't right, but it's actually a pretty human response.
* If both brothers decided to forgive him after everything he's done, its probably going to be a while, and that's completely okay, considering how much he hurt them.
* Do - Han finally being selfish in the right way (maybe it helps Ji-Ha and Ah Jung, but that was mostly for him). At the end that was best move for him. It's the hardier route, but the happier one. He spent all these years paranoid to the point he was lashing out over it and hurting the people he cared about. He doesn't have to live his life worried about someone looking over his shoulder anymore, he's finally free.
* I was worried about Chae Won, but at the end she chose to always do the right thing. Girl better get her happy ending.
*hopefully the oldest sister can finally move on, and to stop this petty revenge shtick, and process her grief in a better way
Not sure about the time jump. But I agree that the three of them probably need some space after all this.
It wasn't fake. She wanted to talk about having a baby and he just kept shutting it down. He went and pouted about it to his brother who told him to knock it off because he was doing the same thing to her and that he used to do to him (aka thinking he knows whats best for the ones that he loves). She 'left home' (aka moved into another room in the house). They resolved it but it didn't really matter in the end since she was already pregnant. "We didn't take our child's opinion on the matter in mind." Naturally JH was overly prepared to be a parent took a long paternal leave and did the stay at home dad thing and she finally got her big break.
That's why I was laughing at the negative comments in the last few weeks when the drama just had 4 eps. They were…
I'm just glad her family is so awesome. Her family in the webtoon were terrible (but I think they were trying to make her out to be some sort of Cinderella), but I'm glad they took that out.
Ya the grandpa’s rational is quite mysterious lol. What is he even thinking? Sure his oldest grandson is trashy…
I'm not sure if she's a good business woman or just a overgrown brat. I don't blame the grandfather really. The first thing she did after he told her to get along with her younger brothers was to hire a reporter (especially the one that might have something to do with her mothers death) to follow them. So I don't think I'd be able to trust her if I was him.
Wonder if Jihan and Ahjeong will get together before the actual wedding and they just switch out the groom. The…
That's basically what happened in the webtoon. They just claimed there had been a 'typo' on the invite, lol. I kind of hope they do that here. But who knows, lol.
Has anyone read the webtoon before? Will the ex of DH be playing a villian role? Or will he help him in someway…
This show is completely different the webtoon, so who knows, lol. The ex in the webtoon was a theater actor he hadn't talked to a bit, who tried to cause some drama (because he found out about the engagement) ultimately got chased away, although he did send back a box of mementos that Ji Han accident found, and that's how he found out about his brother.
Why doesn't grandpa like Ji Han? Bcos he talked to the sly reporter when he was a child? Also who was chasing…
Not a hundred percent sure, but a on going theory is Grandpa's guilt. He sees his daughter in him and can't stand it because it makes remember his involvement in his daughters death.

No wonder Ah Jung is the way she is. Not her sister and brother in law (and a bit of her mom) talking back at the family meeting.
