bitchang's problem is that she is surrounded by gorgeous female leads with interesting personalities/histories that completly outshine her. It was bad casting.

in ep 40 we should have the end of the wedding with the imortal sects joining in some attack.

lss looking for ttj in the river and finding his island/doll/flowers

I think this could take a whole ep if they wanted...

But they have changed things from the novel that they shouldn't.
First, in the novel ttj can use the formation for something useful and here it doens't seem to be the case.

Second, in the novel lss never says that she loves ttj and he has reasons to believe that even if he told her his plan she wouldn't believe him.
Here they were about to be married. It is hard to justify ttj thinking lss wouldn't go along with his plan or that she doesn't really love him. By having lss and ttj be in a romantic relationship for 5 mins it cheapens the scenes like the one in the tomb.

There is also the problem of what type of BE we are talking about.
If ttj and lss died together and showing they love each other it could work. Haing ttj sacrifice himself and lss killing him is awful. It transforms the show into the daily torture and betrayals of ttj until he has a miserable end. Nobody would want to see that...

I have no idea why lss went from not wanting anything to do with ttj to wanting to marry him in 2 episodes. Nothing changed but sudenly she is ok with kissing him...

despite the similarities they are very diferent shows.
lbfab is easier to watch and despite getting a little tropy towards the end it is an excelent show.

this show has a weaker beguining that focus quite a lot on mortal problems but the story is more epic and captivating. However the ending also seems to be a weak spot.

everytime they marry lss tries to kill him? that is cold

ttj has to die in order to stop the formation that will destroy everything.

For the first time I didn't like the episode nor where the story is going.

This arc in the novel is 1000000x better. ttj actually plans to use the formation for something useful. here he is just hanging there to die. it feels pointless and stupid

do most of the bad things happen in today's episodes?
Like 39 is the sweet moments before the battle?

I think there is a fan edit that makes much more sense than the actual last eps

after all the shit ttj goes through and sacrifices there is nobody that deserves to become a true god more than him. It makes sense.

And I think the river isn't in the demon land. it is a diferent place. And in the show the demon worl won't become a livable place thanks to his sacrifice?

That is such a random thing to change...

I am guessing the show will use the doll and flowers to make the scene more dramatic. Probably the spirits will talk about ttj after they see lss.

Otherwise why would they show him droping the doll there?

besides this scene she will probably have another one in ttj's island when he was searching for her.

He dropped her doll there and it changed from a deserted island to a land filled with flowers.

After watching these 2 scenes anybody will need a decent happy ending.
