I was pleasantly surprised by this drama.

It is very good and has a great cast.

I highly recommend it.

I'm finding Tian Xi Wei's acting outstanding in this drama. There were a few scenes where they were perfect. Her mwah-ha-ha laugh was fantastic.

Based on her acting talents in this drama I have to say TXW was very under utilized in the Guardians of the Dafeng.

Where has Park You Na been? It seems like there was a time a few years ago she appeared in everything and then she dropped out of the k-drama world.

I don't like the way poison is used where in this case the ML is weaken, and he'll be unable to showcase his awesome martial arts skill. Dumb move.

Another Miss Oh was one of the first k-dramas I watched and is one of the reasons I'm hooked on k-dramas, and c-dramas.

You're correct. The hairpin looks feminine, but Qin Wan is referenced as a man by the Capital Prefect (who calls her Mr. Qin Wan according to translation ), and the other royal looking for a runaway servants says who is this man? I took it that they're trying to pass Qin Wan off as a man.

However, the FL looks very good with the new hair style.

To me it seems pronouns are a translation nightmare because many shows have translations issues centering around pronouns.

However, in today's 20th episode where they're in the capital I thought Qin Wan was being disguised as a man because of the negatives associated with a coroner and they were new to the capital. Qin Wan's hair was down and I thought she had a metal cover over a hair bun.

In case you missed it. There is a final scene after the closing credits of the final episode.

Last episode was very good.

Wrapped up episode 22. Wow, that was some heavy duty plot armor worn by ML and his teammates. They should all be dead with the wounds they took.

House of Qin seems to be hiding some unpleasant secrets.

Translations seem to be poor for this drama - right?

I'm liking this drama; however, I wish subtitles were better because I'm sure I'm missing a lot.

I feel bad for Lin Chuan. I thought Lin Chuan and Liu Jun were going to be the couple. However, when I reflect on their relationship it was always Lin Chuan pushing for the relationship, and Liu Jun was either at odds with Lin Chuan, or oblivious of her feelings towards him.

Poor Yu Shan Shan. I don't think she knows what hit her. I must say the actress looked very good and very different with the new hairstyle. It took me a while to recognize her.

Qian Hong Ming is an idiot. He has a good wife and I'll be surprised if he doesn't lose her.

I like Song Zu Er, but her character's, Cui Bing Bing, late arrival to the story has me feeling her relationship with Liu Jun is forced and hasn't developed far enough for Liu Jun to propose to her. Liu Jun's confession of love to Cui Bing Bing seemed off and out of the blue as if they were only words without feelings behind them.

Wow! I didn't know that until I read your comment. I thought he was in his late twenties or early thirties. ML has aged well.

FL is cute and I love her facial expressions. FL is a breath of fresh air.
