Hmm...interesting. But I still find it weird how they didn't even bother telling their employees about the shut…
I agree. That was sneaky and underhanded.

Interesting info re WB Digital. My belief is DF started sliding downhill when the original owners sold it to a big communications company. I wanna say Viacom or something. It wasn't WB that much I do remember. I joined DF the first month it opened. I have no clue what year it was, but I saw a lot of changes many of whom I disliked. I do agree that adding the Spanish speaking shows just because there were many Spanish speakers was silly. They came to watch Korean dramas just like we did. It would be nice if they came back with some type of social component like the original DF and Netflix once had.

I'm like a cat to a shiny thing with live actions. I know that 9 out of 10 will suck but I watch any way. Sometimes I'm really surprised. I adored Kids On the Slope anime. I hope the live action gives the same feel. I feel like I've been waiting forever for Chihayafuru 3. I don't have much hope fore Real Girl or My Little Monster, but we'll see. I've seen or started other titles but I didn't much care for them. Thanks for the info.

I love mangas and animes, but their adaptations are usually not as good to me. Kuroshitsuji live action (Black…
You just picked open a wound. Kuroshitsuji was one helluva disappointment. I kept hoping it would get better.

Running Man literally saved my life. I watch it weekly without fail. I've not taken to any of the other variety shows. I did watch Infinite Challenge for a bit, but it seems to have really lost something and I despise Myung Soo. Crime Scene seems to be up my alley. I'll look for it. Thanks.

I left off the 2 cooking shows and midnight diner all though samurai gourmet may be one i will be watching
It took me weeks to watch the trailer. My only hope is that it's not a colossal waste of time.

When I found out Another was PG-13, I almost didn't watch it. Part of me wishes I hadn't. I've never bothered with the When They Cry live action. I can't imagine it being satisfying. One of my friends and I are nervited about Bleach.

I've thought about Samurai Gourmet primarily because I'm a sucker for the word samurai. It's sad really. I forgot to say I love "nervited." That's how I feel about every live action if I already love the story. I've been disappointed oh so many times. I'm still not over the let down of Another (and it's been a few years) and the disaster of Attack on Titan.

Quite frankly, I'm happy to see Netflix adding more foreign content. I spent years making suggestions. Sometimes they listened, most times not. At first I thought your list was misleading because Battle Royale (and it's sequels) and 13 Assassins have been on Netflix since they hit DVDs. But when I re-read your title I realized you didn't say new titles. I think they've dropped a lot of titles to make room for newer ones which is our loss. Unless I've seen the anime (or know of it), I don't know from source material...don't really care. That being said Midnight Diner may belong on your list. OH! I saw they added or are adding some samurai. I thought it was Gintama or another version of Ruroni Kenshin, but it wasn't.
Now I can't find it.

Yeah ... isn’t it a shocker? After Time, the first drama I watched was Falling for Innocence ... So I checked…
I'd really like to see him in Life On Mars. I enjoyed the British and American versions. It's been just long enough that the details are fuzzy. I think he'd do a great job from what I've seen.

Girl, Wu Chun? Not in one drama, but what was that..3? You get a time out. Go sit in the corner and think about what you've done! LOL Well, you did say you knew they weren't good. I'm sorry. I still love Meteor Garden (low cost F4 and all). I watched it all. MG, MG2, and Meteor Rain! Aw man, I'm singing F4 songs! I love Rainie, too. The problem is I usually hate everyone else around her. I wish she and Hu Ge would do something else together.

was not credited.

Oh My God!! I never realized that was him in Time Between Dog and Wolf. I watched Prison Playbook constantly thinking he looked familiar. I thought I had checked his filmography, but apparently I hadn't. He's really grown as an actor and a hottie. :D

I can not wait for this. I love all things Monkey King and I love Aaron Kwok. Donnie Yen was good, but Aaron is perfect for the role.

I didn't have much of an interest in this. I watched the trailer and took a pass. I'm not sure if you like it or not, but I think I'm still going to take a pass. After watching the trailer again, the lead actress doesn't seem flat. However, it does come off like a dub and if so, that could be the problem.

One of the ones is from the Drama Heirs where Lee Min Ho , whose character "lived" in America for a long time,…
Heirs is a perfect example. You'd think having a speech coach on hand would be part of the production cost, but obviously not.
