OMG! I wrote about the Ji Hyun & Mae Yi ship about a month ago. Just when I was about to give up on this ship, the writers made it happen! Yippee! I just love them!
hahahahaha I LOL so hard at the comments when they saw the preview for Ep 14 and then in actuality of what really happens in Ep 14. Have y'all not learned by now that the preview can be or will be out of context in this drama? It's just so funny. I'm pretty sure Ep 15 preview is out of context too.
Look, I know the psycho demon possessed chick isn't an important character but come on... she lasted until the beginning of Ep 15. At least show her demonic spirit getting punish. They showed 2 random demonic spirits punishment but they won't show hers. Sigh... I guess I have make do with regular psycho chick getting punch by her cellmate. That was funny.
Wow... when they said there won't be romance in this drama, they literally meant it. I mean even the smallest romance that occurred, the writers killed it. RIP Jeong Yeong

Well dang, filming for this drama have been suspended since Nov 23rd because a support actor was in contact with someone who tested positive for covid according to edaily and koreaboo. I hope this won't delay the airing too far down in 2021.
Funny thing is that I remember seeing this drama in 2017 when it first aired but I didn't bother watching it because the drama cover image just didn't interest me and I didn't really know these actors and actresses. Fast forward to November 2020, it's finally on Netflix for the U.S. and I'm watching it now and recognized every actor and actress.
Well... there goes my enjoyment of the drama lol. For some, they were bored from the start (I wished it was for me too because I would've dropped it by now), but instead, I liked it up until Ep 8. Then the writer decided to add stupid nonsense conflict that's useless for the entire plot of this drama. What a shame as it started off okay for me. Just a downward spiral for me now. I can't even see where the writer wants to go with this. Sigh...
I just have to say, Ep 4 had me in a roller coaster of emotions - Was sad on the scene where DS asked what DM liked about him and everything but 1 was not the real him but the guy he had to pretend to be. He seemed really sad about that. - LOL on DM's Halmoni. Her imagination when she heard blanket and fulfilling a birthday wish. Hilarious. - Also, love the dubbing when the guys were telling their high school knit club days. That was really funny.
So far the first 4 episodes were good. I hope this can continue for the rest of the episodes.
I had your same opinion until episode 12. But I respect your opinion.
Thanks and I'm still about 5 episodes out from that and will probably feel the same as you when I get there but that's just something I would expect in a drama, an episode or two I probably won't like.
Comments on here had me paused on this drama after watching two episodes for about a few weeks, but finally decided to get back into it and honestly, I'm glad I did. I actually like it and I'm highly critical of the dramas I watch. It has its flaws (I mean for me almost all dramas have flaws) which I'll mention upon review but I'm able to watch the episodes without hesitation (though I did skip some scenes if it involved HH's mom. Can't stand her). People have their preference and their own tastes when it comes to this drama, I respect that, but this was just a good example that the comments doesn't necessarily reflect on how this drama will be for you. This is the drama where asking people if it's good or not may not be a good idea, since it may be biased on either side. Give it a try yourself for the first 4 episodes and see if you want to continue with it.
1st, YES! Even though the 1st season ended happy, I wasn't satisfied with it because of how the last episode was handled. 2nd, PLEASE! No more of that memory loss junk. lol. I still couldn't believe that happened. I mean distorting/taking someone's memory through technology. HA!
The plot seems kind of boring to me but nonetheless I'll still add it to my "plan to watch" list. I like romantic comedies but I'll have to see how this goes.
