It was heartbreaking till the last scene yet satisfying. I was pushing it back since I didn't want to see GKP in a supporting role after Strongest deliveryman (discovered it after that). But still decided to give it a shot for YAI. And I am glad that I did. I wept from the beginning of their flashback till the end credits and every time satellite love played. That song resonates with the 1930's story and Yoo Jin Oh's longing. This song and YAI's face are infused in my head for good.
All the three main actors did a great job. It was difficult to separate them from their characters, especially YAI. This is my first time seeing him as the main lead in a show and I am a fan. He is excellent. Both the characters he played cannot be mixed up even mistakenly. The characters didn't have distinctive differences in their personalities like one is playful and another one is serious or something like that. It was their perspective toward life and handling everything taking responsibility, that was different. One was mysterious, patriotic, responsible, loving, self-sacrificing whereas another was brooding, hurt, cynical, self-preserving. He played both the characters so accurately. I loved the 1930's version more though. Not only because he was hot as Hades' seat (he looked a lot like Zhang Ruo Yun) but due to his beautiful personality. He was magnetic. I have a hangover now. This is a show about love transcending time in it's purest sense. Not only romance, friendship too.
Although I liked all the songs and they were as they were meant for this show like the main characters were meant for each other, I wish that Satellite Love would've played from the beginning till the end in every scene. I downloaded it and listened to already at least for 15 times.

Oh right, that makes more sense. But then when does ever a lakorn makes sense. Still it seems about right. Actually the emotional thing didn't occurred to me since I am so used to watching women getting assaulted physically by men and women both like a chore in lakorns.
I had finally started it after being in dilemma for so long (One of my baes is gonna die). But put it on hold after 14th episode. How can I watch such a dum-dum among all the smart and intelligent characters. How does she have place in such serious assignments where a single silly move can take many lives! Her stupidity is inexcusable and too prickly for my tolerance. Even the girl who's not a spy but an actress has more common sense. It was getting impossible to get through with such mind-sore. In a show like this where all the characters are carefully crafted she is such a misfit. I actually feel bad for ZDY. She seems like a good actress. The writers bodged up her character.
My two favourite actors are in it Yi Feng and Ruo Yun. I couldn't carry on in spite of that. Had it been a drama with a poor script or draggy execution, I still would have stuck till the end for the love of my heroes like I did in Evolution of our love. But with a tightly scripted and well acted show like this even a tiny stupidity like this (which is recurring btw) clearly shines as a dark spot. Everyone's acting is excellent including ZDY. My problem is with her character.

Yes, the relationship is the only part of the story that'll make me rewatch it many more times. Mik and Pook are two of the best kissers. The chemistry was natural af. I sorta skipped through some side stuff. Too much crazy. It felt like a cuckoo's nest.
Rut's mother deserved what she got from her DIL. No complains there. She was a screwball. The most unsatisfying was the happy ending for Pin and Rut. They deserved to be unhappy for a very long time.
And did I misread into it, you tell me. Wasn't Nakarin incestuously hitting on May? what exactly was his plan? Did you get it? I mean he wanted revenge on them, but how! Was he planning to sleep with her or something and suddenly everything was hunky dory at the end. Anywho, all's well when main couple is so fine and more than well. 8.5 for me too. Will be watching it again for the loveship and skinship with scorching kisses. (perv alert, lol)
A big round of applause for the fantastic chemistry of the leads and Pooklook; one of the few amazing and professional Thai actresses who don't shy away from "skinship" and kissing scenes and is so good at it. Thank you for making the chemistry come across as so organic.

Please watch it on the original subber's page. They have 2 FB pages and a website, no YT or DM account. They are giving their precious time for subbing without any expectations and we should be grateful to them. If anyone doesn't know the pages yet I can pm them. Please don't watch on a plagiarist's site. They are not only stealing from the subbers but are also bullying them by reporting their contents on fb resulting to the removal of the videos and pages. That's making them do extra work. So visiting the fake subbers' websites would be a pure insult adding to the injury to the real ones.

Have you watched a movie named Remember Sunday starring Alexis Bledel and Zachary Levi? There the guy keeps forgetting everything the next day and kinda chasing the girl too.
