Omg yesss. The illusion. I loved how the kbl summertime shot their first time scene. It's not abt being butt naked. Just giving the illusion is enough. And it can be esthetically choreographed too. The director has a big part in making it believable. Or just don't do it at all. You'll see nobody complaining. I won't.
