Im on episode 7 and enjoying this with the help of ff because i like seeing bad guys get beaten up by seemingly defenseless underdogs with totally unrealistic physical capacity and physics defying action, but i think this should end at max 8 episodes. I mean they are done doing everything and it'll only get repetitive from here.
Did they just vomited out the whole mystery of is he her bf in the first episode itself so that the audience don't have to stew their brains in this very suspenseful mystery 😑

I liked it a lot. It has its flaws and plotholes and missing chunks of details and lagging in a few portions. But overall it was entertaining. And all the female characters are well written, including the one who died doing bad things. I was in a slump after love for you, picking and kicking dramas, cos nothing was engaging me. This did. I was invested and entertained. Thought to write a detailed review or yapping comment on it. But too lazy. So going back to my slump again until I find something engaging again. Oh btw, Fan Shuai Qi, new crush! And heyu was hellyaaa!

I want xihe's half sister to be with the 9th prince. They'll make a good couple. The sister has always been a good character and 9th prince has one of the most satisfying arc and he is the most simple of them all too.
