I just scrolled to look for other people's opinion, then see the spam comments of that one hater instead. To that person, thank you for boosting the drama lol. 😂
I feel sorry for veil of shadows. The drama is not well structured, every cast has equal rights to screentime…
As a fan of most of them, I so much prefer that they have equal screen times. However, I do agree that they kinda aired this a bit early, when POJ is still at its peak. But instead of feeling sorry, I think the fans themselves will make ways to make VOS keep up soon—it may be possible, knowing they have loyal fans who even made 113k comments possible just here in MDL.
It's so pleasant to see Ji Ling and Li Jie standing side by side in VOS, because Zhuo Yi Chen and Li Lun didn't get the opportunity to be brothers in FOF. I love their characters there, and I still do here. 🥹
Following " When destiny brings the demon" this is another excellent fantasy series , starring Arthur…
FR! I don't get why some people call this "boring" and names when they clearly haven't seen all episodes. This deserves at least 8.5 so far in my opinion, but unfortunately, MDL rating is kinda rigged rn.
I never saw this drama NOT 8.7 ever since I watched it 3 years ago... I can't believe the rating dropped after…
I miss it too, I think that rating was more well-deserved for this drama. I still remember the leads' insane chemistry and the show's amazing plot twists.
111.4k comments and still not aired!? This got to be the most insane comment pages I've ever come across to!Then…
Aside from the promising synopsis that's making me have high hopes, I also hope this drama will redeem Rebirth For You because Joseph Zeng and Ju Jing Yi's chemistry is good but the script and plot of the aforementioned drama did not do justice to them. ☹️
Their interactions so far were a mix of comedy, intrigue, and harmony. I can't put it perfectly into words, but it really was that mixed feelings. DX's sparring scene with HXX's intervention was funny, and the way they both challenge each other through the same tactic (lying) was even funnier yet reveals how good of a pair they can actually be. The curiosity spectacle was working well for me! It really felt like a fateful encounter, I'm immediately rooting for them not because they're the main leads but because their interactions made me.
I just finished watching all, and I wanted to share a few thoughts without spoiling the show (for some who haven't…
Second, I waited for an actual battle scene for XZ to showcase his martial art skills though, not an uncle-nephew sparring! I felt kinda betrayed, feeling I was robbed of a powerful version of Marquis. He was sick or injured most of the time, so don't blame me. 😭 This is not a comparison on who got more fighting scenes between the leads, btw.

First of all, I love and kinda hate (in a positive way) how the last 5 episodes was made! The post-credit scene of the last episode almost made me go feral, like what ifff? But still, everything was beautifully done. Of course, the drama have inevitable flaws just like any other drama, but those were minor issues for me so I can say it didn't quite affect the overall enjoyment of the show. From the characters being alive, plot and dialogues being well-written, cinematography and editing that were carefully thought, and for every nuances in the details—everything created a huge impact that will surely limger with me for a very long time. It will be difficult to move on from POJ. I'll miss them.
The long wait will now be over, I can finally rest assured today. But that also means the drama I've been eagerly anticipating to air everyday wil now finish airing... Kinda as sad as a break-up, tbh. 🥲💔
It makes sense that she didn’t properly earn her military merit because she actually didn’t… She was promoted…
Totally agree with you. This drama inevitably has its own flaws, but narrative-wise, I think they did it well because the characters' course of actions remained true to the characters' intent from the start.
Then I saw who the four main leads are, and thought "Ah, no wonder." 😌
This is not a comparison on who got more fighting scenes between the leads, btw.

Will try to make a review today or tomorrow!
