If this Cir is the one that came from the parallel universe, where is the Cir from this universe? Could he be…
My theory is that like his friend said, maybe the Cir of this world didn't see a reason to live anymore, and something happened to bring the Cir from the parallel world to this one. This theory is not super solid because when he checks the yearbook he questions whether the dreams or this reality are the real thing, so it is also possible that he may have inherited the memories from the Cir of the other timeline.
I'm inclined to think something happened to the Phu of the other timeline, which is why this one started having dreams about his memories. Maybe that Phu is unalive now, and the Cir of this timeline may have actually passed away in this accident, so as an act of mercy from fate, the Cir of that timeline, got brought to this one so he would have a chance to be with Phu once again.
The second episode was a little bit if a let down. I understand the show is low budget and a comedy, but come on, they could have put a little more effort to make it make sense.
Unpopular opinion here, but I actually enjoyed the first two episodes way more than I did the beginning of Anti Reset. I, for one, found Ever 4 hilarious and much more interesting. I can agree that the acting for the dad and the Ever company dude is horrendous and painful to watch, but I loved the interactions between the main couple.
It shouldn't really be an issue. Both of them have kissed other men on-screen. If they're not comfortable with doing it anymore, it's simple, don't take on a BL role, stick to straight ones. I don't make excuses for actors, I also don't believe all that BS about how kisses are not that important that people try to preach in order to convince themselves they are not frustrated. You don't see nobody going to comment on a straight show and say how it's fine if they don't kiss because you can still see the love in their actions or some other BS like that.
I love YinWar, but the show got too off track. The first episode was definitely the best of the bunch and I dare say, than from there on, it was okay, then after it hit the mid-season part, it only went downhill. There was a lot of wasted potential, and they could have done things much better.
I really hope they will manage to bring forth the second season. This was truly beautifully done and very loyal to the novel, especially in the subtleties of each character. I see a lot of people didn't quite understand the characters, and that's okay, but for those who plan to watch this, don't be swayed by the negative comments. It's a really good coming of age story, yes, the story is unfinished, but everything was done beautifully.
I agree. We’re only 2 weeks (4 episodes) away from the finale. Excessive time skips and no Season 2 will not…
Exactly my thoughts as well. There is still so much to happen. They haven't really gotten romantically involved yet, Tian hasn't revealed the issue with his father yet nor his own initial issue, they haven't gotten caught by their parents yet, the parents haven't split up yet, they didn't get separated yet. There is so much to happen before the time skip for when they meet again in the future and rekindle their relationship.
listen, all I'm gonna say is that they better be planning a second season. there's no way they can fit the rest of the plot and its twists in four episodes. it would feel too rushed.
I watched this in one sitting and the series was by no means bad. Sure, the plot was a bit weak and lacking, and the last episode felt rushed and lackluster, but overall it was pretty good, the acting was really good, the cinematography. It's definitely worth a watch.
they never gave any credits to the author or even mention the novel anywhere. I did look for mentions of I being based on the novel, but there was none.
Ngl, but same. I would even settle for a poly ship, but the BL world is not ready for this conversation yet, much…
It's not as rare as you'd think, at least from where I come from. As to whether all of them would want it, we cannot know, it was never presented as a possibility. Given their personalities and having Myungha as pacifier, it could actually work.
The show certainly got worse towards the end. The last episode was particularly bad, it felt like it was recorded before the rest of the show when the actors barely knew how to act around each other. Everything felt so stiff and dull. I also hate what they did to Jack and Mike.
My interpretation was that In was in love with Siam when they were younger, they were super close and he had to…
That could definitely be the case! Though it would make things much messier if he now gets involved with Wang. Seriously, there are so many possibilities and that has me thinking about this show a lot. I can't wait to find out the truth of their past.
