for those who have watched episode 8 and are Autumn fans, it was kinda sad Kong Kong went for brother Tao because it got in the way of Autumn's genuine feelings. Misunderstandings can break relationships before they get a strong enough grounding for the people to openly discuss how they feel so it's a bit sad if this ends up breaking up Autumn and Tao before they get a chance to bond deeper.

i feel Kong Kong would have been the star of the show if the right boy was around. She hasn't found her confidence and place as of yet.

Kongkong reminds me so much of a young version of the actress Ada Liu/Liu Yan's personality. Her voice is similar too

on the youku website there is an episode per week with reactions and commentary from a few friends and Huihui's sister (that looks exactly like her). they are titled 'extra' and they are behind a paywall. not all scenes are analysed by them but it is still a decent compensation for people who are used to that format.

Pu Yanyan seems more about the fame and looks than she does for love. I think Wang Zi Teng is going to get burned by her. I've enjoyed the sincerity of Autumn, Xue Xi Yao, Wang Meng, Guo Zhen Tao, and Ma Hao Xiang. While Ma Hao Xiang is boastful of his looks, he is still is genuine in who he is. Enjoying watching all the genuine interactions.

they don't get together but they both share a lot of values and visions for life and end up helping each other a lot so one can believe they might get together in the future.

This series has no business being this good. I read some comments a few years ago when it came out and I didn't give it a look. Now im grinning ear to ear. Simply wonderful drama and such natural acting.

9.5/10 - would highly recommend!

Honestly I've never enjoyed a short drama this much!

Very cute main couple and yet still LingLuo managed to provide a unique dynamic with the ML which was equally engaging. Speaking of the ML, he reminded me a bit of Wang Yibo in Legend of Fei, which I loved.

Everyone acted extremely well in my opinion. Even the over the top mother-in-law. 😂

Great series. Very well laid out. Never a dull moment in the 5h total. Had a smile for nearly all of it.

for a youku production I'm pretty entertained so far!

she broke the pact in episode 14 and was confronted about it by the mother in episode 19.

i was using those words in a silly manner because manipulation aside if someone said 'you will get 1 million dollars if you dont do this for 1 week' kinda stupid to do that thing in the minute before you are eligible. i get you put it all on the ML's mom but there are many ways to see things depending on what aspects one focuses on.

i get your points. a many a drama have made me equally annoyed at their premises and story line decisions! I too dropped the series at episode 19 haha
