On Until We Meet Again Feb 15, 2020
considering the pacing of the drama and some plot twists and/or side couple storylines we all want to see i feel like we would need to have like 6 more episodes to get everything what we want lmao. (but like... honestly, i wouldnt be even mad hahah)

omg, this is really amazing article! i hope you are planning to write more once you have time!! you totally managed to capture all the key fashion points while creating those fashion boards. i dont really share the same style with AoY ladies but omg, the mint skirt/shorts you picked for s2 Eun Jae is amazing and i need to have one!

This is the most negative comments I have ever seen. Someone who can share something they like about this serie?
honestly i love the series! probably my top 2 BL!
Main ships are just sooo cute and soft and in love. KornIn especially have amazing chemistry honestly i wish the actors would act together in another series (which i usually dont really like). I also like how in love Korn and Dean are - they both are so cold and unapporoachable but they are head-over-heels about In and Pharm. And actors who play In and Pharm are really good, they single-handedly carry their scenes (while Korn Dean actors are extra hot, lets be honest here!)

and i actually really like how calm the story is... sometimes i just play some scenes/episode parts to fall asleep better or calm my anxiety (you know in a way some people listen asmr haha)
On Dinner Mate Feb 13, 2020
Title Dinner Mate
synopsis: "... and a man who's a serial-"
me: *GASP* "A SERIAL KILLER? Kdramas have gone too far this time!!"
synopsis: "-dater and kind of tired of relationships."

I see what you are saying and agree to a point. The shows that lives on with us are our long lasting favorites…
honestly i feel like the people who are complaining/disliking the show seem to me like a louder minority (at least here on mdl) and mostly their complaints seem reasonable - the show *is* slow and the directing is sometimes off. and the rest is a matter of personal taste. i love the show but i dont really feel the need to talk about it in various forums because it indeed is not very dynamic.

the numbers are still there no matter if people hate-watch it (which is good for advertisers) though, so if they want to make s2 it shouldnt be that big of a problem - the cast is well liked and so is TeamWin and the story is good. Worse shows got s2. perhaps they'll change director (if they want to change something?)

I prefer the Original ending. And for me, it was never an open ending... This way or the other, the ending is…
i, too, interpret the original ending same way (them meeting back together). i'm just happy they were able to use the waterfall ending, which is conspired to be how they wanted to end the original at first (but couldnt due to censorship?) :)

what did the writer say about the drama? :O
I too, dont see that as bitching, though? Yes, she is pointing out some things that might be explained better but thats because each author is envisioning their work differently than people who are adapting it. That happens, especially if shes not being directly part of postproduction. Shes doesnt seem to distance herself from the show like JRR Martin from later GOT. Ive read some of her explanations and she doesnt sound passive agressive and I as person who havent read the novel dont feel like her ecplanations go against what was depictioned in the show :D

Are they still filming the remaining episodes?
probably not. i vaguely remember someone saying the last scenes filmed were the christmas lights ones (but i just cant find any source so take it with a grain of salt)

imagine coming to this page to read and discuss UWMA and not seeing a million comments talking about other BLs,…
just block that person. comment sections under BL dramas have never been more peaceful and reasonable since i did that lmao. having diferent opinions is one thing, being unreasonable, bull-headed and randomly agressive is whole another thing

2017 was definitely my favourite year in terms of evolution of "strong female leads", Avengers social club, BTIMFL and even s2 of Age of Youth... i think by that time the concept of SFL finally evolved into something that's acceptable for me - a well written female lead (not just a female lead that is physically strong and serving punches) that has her weaknesses and strenghts, has her goals even if they are not the most ambitious
