so far in the first 3 episodes the "new unseen content" was about 2,5 minutes longin total lol. so yes, there are some scenes that were cut/shortened but so far nothing super significant, only longer stares of lwj and wwx. the extended scene when lwj got drunk for the first time was nice addition, though.

Its the description taken from official "wetv english" facebook. I thought it would be confusing to add the same description as it is under normal version (cause people could be confused?) so i decided to copy here only this part lol.

nope, first two episodes seem like a wangxian edit with these tiny additions. the storytelling also starts with WWX and others attending classes in cloud recesses (as opposed to original version which starts 16yrs later with MXY summoning WWX) so i guess this is even more linear than the original version.

if you like historicals/wuxia, definitely go for the original first. this seems like it's just a cut up version of the original with some tiny additions that are already as compilations on youtube (plus atm we dont know what was cut out). perfect if you want to rewatch the series but dont want to watch 50 episodes :)

I agree with you. There better be some of the censored scenes, reordered ending and "having one soulmate" instead of "one true friend" in subtitles or im gonna riot. The Untamed was already more chronological than book and int fans are not that stupid to not be able to understand some time jumps lol... at least it makes rewatching easier :D

(The episodes seem to be longer so its more like 25 eps footage-wise but i still wonder what story they will cut out. I hope its not yi city arc)

i kinda agree with you. i also enjoy their scenes a bit more but i think it might be partially due to the nature of their characters and story - none of them has to burst out into random tears, no tragic flashbacks or random waves of emotion. they mostly just have the cute romantic scenes (and i live for them in each episode tbh)

Depending on how the special episodes will look i think it would be fair to create a separate entry for these as it would create unnecessary confusion for less informed users (people asking where is "episode 13/14???" etc). There are plenty of bts episodes and single episode specials on this site to handle one more title :)

This season seems quite meh for me, tbh, There few that i'M planing to check out but i am excited only for Stove League for now. Selection looks interesting but i have very little faith in TV Chosun dramas lol.

Someone added a HIStory series dramas but those are TAIWANESE. I'm sorry to whoever added them but i'll have to take them out from this list :'<
