he does get a tiny bit better but he's still not a great guy and is incredibly selfish..honestly not worth watching…
I never liked the 2nd ML, he takes interest in the FL just because Shuai was interested in her, and later falls for her. I was however enjoying his redemption arc up until the writers decided to ruin everything just because they were high.
I'm at ep 4, does the ML get any better later? I wanted to give this drama a second chance (dropped it last time…
Not sure if you finished the show, but ML gets a lot better. And yea, there's a price he pays for underestimating the FL, and by the end their power dynamic balances out.
Idk, I found it sweet, considering how hard it is for an idol to actually date. Se Na was spared from the wrath of the fans later on because she saved his ass, and became protective of her too.
it’s not just the scene’s. They’re intimate in the scene’s. I’ll be honest I don’t like their feet…
I don't disagree. But it's just 4 episodes until now. It can take one incident for the dynamic between two people to shift, if it is presented well. As for reasons, the FL's conflicting preference. She dated doctors before. Like every other rom com, their relationship started with bickering. Like every other rom com, 2nd ML is nice, good looking and gentle. In the case of 2nd lead, It's like thinking of dating a cover model. Maybe attractive but no thrill in life, or a meaningful existence of progression or growth.

I doubt that would cost them high rating. It's just another generic rom com with a predictable story. No. It's the performance of the actors, the feasibility of the plot and as long as they don't drag out the supposed triangle, it should do okay. There are more obstacles to come in their relationship, not just the eyecandy 2ml.
There are some popular and extremely sad cases which inspire these dramas. But in general, it's not worse than…
Nothing I can do if you don't believe me. And no, bullying is not rare in MY. Just last year, 12 kids were sent to juvenile prison for one bullying death in Sabah . Each year, over 6000 cases are reported. Even with so many reports, most general kids rather lead normal school lives. Same in SK.

Not saying it's fowers and cherries in SK, bullying is bad there. But there are 'many' places with equal or even worse cases, much worse..of bullyinng. They just don't sensationalize it like SK does.

Nah not really. No point in comparing a tiny place with super tight laws like SG to SK. You can compare similarly sized nations where it is extremely competitive, you have socially integrated junior senior divide and also, democratic. Not only school, but also workplace, military and pretty much everywhere. Google the term 'ragging' in south asia.
For example, some time ago, a student at national defense uni in MY was tortured and killed by bullies. Made headlines. Imagine they milk this and make several dramas out of it. Just because an arrogant rich CEO falls in love with a kind hearted simple employee every other day in dramaland, doesn't mean it's the same on the ground level lol

That's not a big deal now is it ? She is not dating yet. There is no main couple, yet. People can complain when they drag the 3 people dynamic until episode 8 or 10 or smth. For now, it's fine.
Idk, that is one of the things I love about her and sets her apart from the other artists.
That's unfortunate. You missed out on UHS. Her screaming isn't the main focus on that show eiter. But I get it, some people can't stand certain types of scream. Does not bother me at all.
There are some popular and extremely sad cases which inspire these dramas. But in general, it's not worse than any other high achieving society really.
