What is even this comment lol..

"That's why kdrama never be able to reach that global standards because they have very limited imagination or carter more to certain audience "..

-If it works, why fix it ? Kdrama is global enough, they don't need more. Greed can lead to a mess. It is already shaky thanks to Netflix and other streaming conglomerates focusing on quantity over quality.

"I have never seen a drama where FL cheat or ML wife cheat and they get revenge."

- Why would anyone need revenge for cheating ? Someone cheats, break up, get divorced. You can say, on average, the consequences that the male leads face are greater than that of the female leads. Sure, Korea is heavily patriarchal, hence the entertainment industry is the opposite. They don't cater to govt propaganda through movies and TV unlike many other countries.

"If your ego is not hurting for toxic relationship I don't know if you have pride at all ."

- Sorry to disappoint that my ego isn't that fragile. When parents lose a child through something that was preventable, 90% of the time that relationship turns toxic, as there are blames go back and forth. And less than 50% of the time they resolve their issues and remain a stable couple. Until you lose a loved one in the same way, you will never get it. British drama Broadchurch is another great example of it. How husband and wife deal with the grief and how it affects their relationship. Welcome to Samdal-ri. The Husband holds a grudge for decades against a whole family and their kids because only one member was partially responsible for the death of his wife. Unfair ? Sure. Frustrating for the viewers ? Sure. But do the residents of the town understand that the grief made the guy bitter and unreasonable ? Sure.

Watch something that is of your taste bud. Complaining won't help.

Watch it for what it is. Drama audience love to see male leads groveling more than female leads ..so be it. Keep the story contained within its universe rather than drawing parallels between men and women from other universes. I am a guy, and I know what loss does to a person..be it a man or a woman. My ego is not hurt at all seeing what the ML is going through.

But I do get what you mean.

Ah, no. The Catholic Church came to mind. Guardians of morality vs perceived morality.

"why showing coochie to everyone is helping mankind advance to next era"

I don't know man. Michelangelo's David has his schlong hanging out, it has been inspiring mankind, at least the artistic side, for centuries now.

Agreed - I am not a big fan of adultery storylines. You dont have to have sleep with someone to be cheating -…
Adultery is a strong word to throw around. Cheating ? Perhaps. But there are also nuances. Here, both of them will go through emotional turbulence. Nothing wrong in dramatizing real feelings. Long term relationships can often go stale. For the both parties. Here they will decide, should they rediscover their sparks ? Or do they need catalysts (new faces) to stir that spark ? Or do they just move on. It is a melodrama after all.

FL is like, 'bro, I am sorry'and the ML is like 'here is my heart, my lungs, my liver, my eyes, my testicles and…
Retribution is always tempting but that's a rabbit hole which is endless. Sometimes, in emotional turmoil, a simple apology goes a long way, if it is sincere.

This started like an asian version of Bridget Jones. The FL jumps from one embarassing scenario to the next. Not…
Bridget Jones reference in 2026..woah

Whether a plot is horrendous or not, that is perspective. As for being realistic, yeah there are plenty of couples…
If you say so. Don't watch it if it is not to your liking bud

The plot sounds horrendous. And it wont be realistic or relatable at all thats certain
Whether a plot is horrendous or not, that is perspective. As for being realistic, yeah there are plenty of couples across the globe go into and fall out of long term relationships because of lingering issues, sparks vanishing and a myriad of reasons..new people entering their lives is one of them. I applaud Korea for exploring this side when most of their mainstream romances are so sterilized.

It has a melodrama tag, so it will not explore the spark of a new romance in details, most probably the guilt of capturing new feelings while being in a long term relationship, and how the couple confront each other but also themselves, as both of them find new horizons.

I will take that you had a momentary noggin lapse and didn't actually say 'why she'd be in love', when just 5 episodes are out, and the synopsis literally says ..how the feelings would evolve. Bruh

I think Love Scout is very different, other than it also being about corporate droning. My similar -but perhaps…
Well both are similar in the sense that, pure romance and office/corporate drama, leads with baggage. As for healing from relationship troubles, yea..a piece of your mind, serendipity's embrace..both of which I liked much more btw.

There is no 'standard behavior' in the world of art bro. A piece of painting can mean many different things to different people. Art models are just like actors. They do a job. Some like it, some critique it, others are like..'OMG Kate Winslet..how could you ?! Titties ?? In the name of Cheesus..."
