Its quite hard and complicated to talk about opinions on dramas & actress/actors lately!? Whenever you have an unpopular opinion about one of those its done deal most fanatic fans accept you as an anti and toxic. And then arguments over how wrong you are with ur opinion starts in comments...
About novels to drama remakes,I agree! ln recent years there are lots of remakes which l know the novel. Most of time I wish I didnt know novel so I could enjoy the drama x'D Im so picky when its a remake you see...
I love The Princess and the Werewolf watched 2-3 eps and decided to wait until its finishes airing first Its stressful to wait for new eps every week >.<
I also really love the secondary couple in 'Butterflied Lovers'<3 the cold general with bubbly adorable princess. Their chemistry and acting is so lovely and hard to find its a shame that episodes are too short :(
Just finished 'Destined' but didnt really enjoy it as I hoped...I end up disappointed because I had expectations from that one.
Im trying to make myself ready to binge watch 'Lost you Forever' I only watched bits by every eps. Im not ready yet x'D
Im so glad there are lots of costume series this summer gonna watch all hopefully *-*

If an actor who has such charm and aura as he does, doesnt have many lead romance genre roles I dont know anymore I just cant even x'D what the hell chinese producers thınkıng...

Oh my sorry If I offended you x'D I can see his beauty and charm but I waited mimics and body language from him a little bit in first 5 eps! While lead girl was like a cute talkative bird he was just standing so pretty but stiff like doll ;A;
I watched Bakc from the Brink because that novel was one of my faves for years but I end up disappointed. I kınd of wish I didnt know novel so I could see drama for the ''drama''. They washed up/soften/weaken lead girl way too much for my liking also totally waste some very important precious parts of novel :c Im still bitter about dont mind me...

awwww Loved the trailer cause lead guy isnt only cold and good at studying but also has reactions to the situations she creates/ends up in lol
They looks both cute and chemistry can be felt from such short trailer.Im glad and cant wait for this. Its been a while since I liked a drama with younger generations and this kind of young love stories..

Ive dropped this 2 or 3 times but everytime l search for new costume series to watch I came back to this somehow.
I decided I will try it again in a while lol I hope I wont drop this time...I still remember how costumes details and colors were gorgeous and the mood is also important.Right now I dont need much chemistry neither acting talent to fangirl over..

EDIT: I was able to endure 10episodes because of beautiful dresses and texture/patterns, head accs they used. I cant anymore...

Did you know I actually went back and dropped it again BUT I just realized it was lead guy's acting and stiffness was the real reason why I dropped it.
Lead actress was quite natural with romance parts and her charcahter was bearable after few eps but the lead actor? *shudder

You gotta rewatch... You talk as if they didnt encounter stuff and didnt progress BUT THEY DID.

I cant say Im fan of her acting BUT recently watching China's Running Man and wow never ever seen her being so natural with her mimics and body language!
Im so surprised I wonder how she manages to act kind of stiff when her characters needs to show emotion(not trying to be rude it feels like that to me)...

Zheng Kai as partners for a modern drama *-* Their chemistry is so easy going and natural, teasing at times and makıng sarcastic comments for each other xD I NEED THIS PAIRING *grabby hands

Yeah he has real sharp look! He was the as*hole playboy boyfriend of girlfrıend of lead girl's in 'Unrequited Love'. I still liked the way he was a natural with that shitty character x'D
And then I end up watching him randomly in ''Taste of Love'' First half was soooo sweet and adorable I liked chemistry of him as usual. Second half didnt live up to my expectations tho.... they ruin the female lead character so bad after she changed :c
I dont know how this guy manages it BUT he has this chemistry going on with him!
This is my first time watching him in costume serie HIS AURA IS GORGEOUS! I hope he can cast in more costume serıes after this?!

ughhh I couldnt contuniue that one because of the writing.Way to silly for my current mood at the time and lead guy was quite stiff in acting with no chemistry...
My first drama with her was 'Be my Cat' even though story was still silly and light hearted couple had chemistry, she looked like anime character with her costumes and her scenes with cat was reallly adorable<3
Then She end up playing lead girl in 'New Life Begins'. First half was so good I couldnt stop binging. Second half of writing was just mehh but still watched it for her scenes...

Yeah I love that kind of ending when they give us a lead character with deathly sickness :c
I dont really like 'whole disney happy end' for these kind of stories.
