poor Ramphueng, she is justified is haunting Khem's bloodline. that was a sh*tty thing (& that's putting it lightly) that was done to her by everyone involved. but now i wonder, after Khem the curse is over - no?!? he doesn't have kids & from what it looked like, all of his/ the reincarnations of the people cursed didn't have that many reincarnations/progeny - so after "taking care of " Khem, Ramphueng will be free & move on. Khem & his mother (& the others involved) can be reborn just in another family. isn't that logical?!? but i get that, that isn't the point of the BL - lol. just wondering aloud πβ
now please series about Gao Tu and Wenlang. Thank you.
agree - there was a 2nd couple, but we hardly saw anything of them throughout this BL. so i also think they need a spin-off that can start from the start of their meeting at school for all i care. & the fact they don't have a prominent role in the novel/book - whatever... that's what writers r for - can't the author think up a story for them? it's not that she has to start from nothing.... she got the basics, just needs to fill in the plot πβ
I would absolutely love to see one of your in-depth reviews of yours about The Bangkok Boy !
Thank U, appreciate the kind words, not everyone likes my POV lol so am always glad when people get where i am coming from, or like what they read - so thanks again. Bangkok Boy is on my "watch list" but that list is so long, that idk when i will get to it as only got the weekends to binge watch. but if i do so soon will send u a line ππ
just finished watching & on a whole this was very entertaining - not perfect but a fun watch, good acting & the plot was good, until the ending - as i could ignore a lot of what was missing cause i wasn't bored. but am sorry & i might be the odd one out, but don't buy the ending. it was a reach - i get wanting a happy ending, but there should be some logic to it.
someone popping-up in the pasts isn't that much of an issue, but anyone doing so in this day & age where everything is documented & monitored is ridiculous IMO. there no country where people can exist in it, without documentation & given the fact South Korea's got North Korea breathing down their necks - someone who is Korean but doesn't have the proper documentation wouldn't be overlooked by the authorities. also Ji Yeong time traveled cause of the diary - why Yi Heon time travel? wishful thinking??? & when she did so, she popped-up wearing modern-day attire, where Yi Heon get his suit? the hair cut? how he know where to find Ji Yeong? can keep going, but that would be pointless as this has ended.
but have to make one last point (again i get they wanted a happily ever after) but, it would make more sense that when Ji Yeong died/fainted whatever... & the diary got activated & she vanished - the book should've remained in the past, where it belonged (!) so it could do it's journey through time until it reached Ji Yeong's hands in the present.
maybe this could've been better if it was 16 eps, or if the main actor wasn't change at the last moment where the dynamic (cause of the age difference) was off. idk - but as it wasn't bad i would say this was fun to watch until that ending, which might have been positive but utterly whack πβ
This has a very happy ending in the manga :) The opening sequence actually spoiled it a bit, I think.
i was too shocked by the start π so didn't get the meaning, by the end i might understand the start lol. will wait & see anyway TY for the heads-up πwill keep this info in mind β
this is dark & the approach to the sexual encounters - jarring to say the least, but given who we r talking about, it fits & in-spite of not being into SA (also this shows u that life in the mob aint a peice of cake even for the mobsters - that's putting it mildly).
i like both Kataoka & Odajima's character's, they r interesting & i can't wait to see how their relationship develops.
but given who they r & the reason for them ending up together (as i haven't read the manga) i wonder if it is wrong of me to assume, that this gonna have a sad /depressing ending - go out in a blaze of glory type of ending?!? π€·ββοΈ
i am a proud 2nd couple person or rather a Guo person & i don't get anyone getting their knickers in a twist, cause i wanna comment about whatever.... don't read - ignore, move on & search for like minded commenters, that think like u. like WTF is wrong with people, everyone gotta think alike?!? i for sure don't get into other people comment's & start arguments with them, cause i don't like/agree with what they have written. this so hard?? really?? π€·ββοΈ yeah i am being passive aggressive with this comment - but somethings need to be said - i hate watch this BL & have no problem admitting it, cause this toxic sh*t. but i won't shame others that love the toxicity, u do u β
Hiroshi can't bring himself to apologize or say the words 'sorry' & as Natsuo didn't ever hurt him, Hiroshi was in the wrong all along. his reactions to Natsuo as a teen were his own insecurities, cause he didn't fit in with anyone (in that school) so the only person that got close to him, he (Hiroshi not knowing how to deal / show he wanted to be close to Natsuo) chose to see his presence as negative - thus no need to try & open up or see Natsuo as a good person. he could be his introverted, antisocial self & it would be justified, cause everyone (including Natsuo) bad bullies.
even in the present, he reacted as i expected. his ex-classmates insulted & made fun of him behind his back & he chose to run away. but he couldn't run away from Natsuo, so he did what he does best, lashed out & not only insulted Natsuo's (even though now he knew that Natsuo got close to him, when they were teens, cause he liked him) past advances as disgusting, but he tried to then SA him?!? what revenge was he getting & on whom?!? when he was in the wrong!!!
as this was the last ep, it was gonna get solved ASAP cause no 2nd season planned - but am i happy? idk if i could be cordial or polite towards someone that tried to assault me. but i guess between two men it's fine?!? idk why SA isn't a issue when portrayed in same sex relationships in BL's - personally i think that's a f*cked up messages to promote - but it is what it is. this was fine & i really liked Natsuo, very much so... he was a hyper, golden retriever full of love & trust, from start to finish & he deserved better IMO. but it is what it is as this the end. a one off for me -
you can watch it on the app shortime. You'll have to watch a lot (y mean a lot) of adds, but it's free.
i know & am too lazy to watch it there cause i aint got time for the ads lol. that's why am waiting for someone to upload it somewhere else where i will get the ep's without the ads. one can hope
given the messages at the end, i am kinda confused what's what. so the guy lied & he wasn't the stalker? & the Stalker, who he give allowances too? this dude & the one in the previous BL?? it's like there hints where there is actual dialogue - but nothing is ever explained fully so ur left confused as ur left guessing as to what's going on.
side note/ questions: i wished this time Danny was the bottom - considering the Stalker seemed more like he wanted to f*ck Danny & not get f*cked by him. or that's how his texts came off to me. & was Danny trying to get over an ex-gf by getting "it-on" with all these men/one-night-stands?!? or that a glitch in translation?!?
also the texts at the start, were they the ones he sent the dude in the 1st BL? & that dude ghosted him (cause there is seemed like he already was in a relationship & had turned to Danny to spice things up with his partner) like i said.... too many questions. π€·ββοΈ
I like that the two seasons didn't turn themselves into PSAs on safe sex, as Thai BLs so often do. I don't need…
lol - maybe he came pre-lubed... & i didn't need a PSA. but i think there some basics that should be covered; like a condom, like consent, like lube.... cause yeah this not an educational vid. but still i feel like (as u don't know the ages of the people watching) let alone their level of "experience" it's not to much to ask - covering the basics in a one night stand.
Hua Yong is crazy, but what's new... dude got the memory of a gold-fish? the doctor just asked Sheng if he was sexually active & Hua Yong was the one to respond. the doctor assumed that Sheng's new partner (that was compatible with him) was an omega - cause Sheng is alfa. but Hua Yong needs to go off the deep end, instead of realizing the doctor assumed wrong?!? but Hua Yong wont be himself, if he doesn't have one psychotic break an ep - like OMG.
am glad i "read" Kanade's father right. ironic or rather not, that the only character that i really don't like is Kanade. yeah he shows progress... but does he really?!? or maybe not enough. either way, everyone needs to keep pushing him. if Kosuke hadn't told him to go back & try, i doubt Kanade would talk to his mother & sister, let alone his father. cause what Kanade does best, is run in the opposite direction of any type of confrontation. he also loves to project his insecurities on others & comes to conclusions without trying to actually communicate with whomever. he assumes sh*t & decides everything all on his own. so if Kosuke wasn't around, he would be leading the life of a hermit & would have minimal contact with the world, he would avoid human beings cause he would project his insecurities on them, assuming they would treat him badly... as i keep saying, Kanade needs to be in therapy - not a relationship. but it is what it is -
which is sad, cause ironically he found the perfect partner in Kosuke - who cause of his childhood & mother has a tendency to seek out head-cases. so yeah an optimist would see them & say, they can help heal each other & grow stronger - which is an option. but to a pessimist like me - this forbidding as they could as easily, drag each other down.
btw the fact that Kanade's father apologized to him, while Kanade didn't even think he owes his father an apology, kinda strengthens my point at the start of this comment. but enjoyed the lovely character's that were Kanade's family. Kosuke's mother (finally) getting her act together, was the cherry on top.
I think Han Tuo feels guilty for the pressure and sees the break up as an easy out for JunXi
yeah i got that, but he isn't in a relationship with a child, that's why i wrote that they should communicate or he should wait for Jun Xi to take the lead this time around. but he isn't capable of taking the back seat. he needs to be active when he needs to be passive. at least this time - that was my point
OMG that preview... sh*t's really gonna hit the fan. but i have to say i felt bad for Jun Xi, u want people to come out in their own time - here he is getting dragged out, by his brother & ironically by Han Tuo. his brother wasn't in his life idk how long & suddenly pops-up like a bad penny, now is all up in his little brother's business - don't appreciate this. anyone in Jun Xi's place would tell him to butt-the-f*ck-out of him personal business. when & if he is ready to talk, he will! he got enough on his plate with his lack of a job, place to stay & a kid to look after. why he bothering with his little brother's business?!?
with Han Tuo, the pressure is lowkey, but it still exist. Han Tuo subtlety (well how he confessed, there wasn't anything lowkey about that...) keeps pushing Jun Xi into situations he isn't ready for, or knows how to handle & i get his offer to break-up, was his way of helping. but now that Jun Xi is in a relationship with him, u can't just decided (again) all on ur own to end sh*t - like communicate or wait for him to be ready to come out. at least, this time don't force sh*t on him.... let him take his time to do what he feels is right.... like come the f*ck on!
also in the previous ep i missed You Mei & was happy to see her here, until she basically shamed Jun Xi for how he lied to his parents. sorry but WTF - idk what her own situation was, but u have NO right to force ur thought's on anyone else. Jun Xi can take however long he needs to come out. stay out of their relationship & don't give out unsolicited advise!
also am glad Xiao Yang didn't kiss You Mei, sorry but whatever she was going though she needed to deal with, not get into something just as a distraction! that not a good basis for any relationship, so glad that Xiao Yang was smarter then to do something that could backfire..... now we gotta wait almost 7 days π€¦ββοΈ
idk about art - what i know is that i was bored out of my mind half way through... so bored & tired watching them non-stop going at it, i kept freakin yawning & dozing off. all that f*cking wasn't sexy or even erotic, it was like machines or dogs going at it - not something i find remotely attractive.
i think i get that the basic idea is to show how a man can get p*ssy whipped or lead (quite literally) by the d*ck. so reading comment's that by the end he or she cuts his d*ck off - not shocking. if anything logical. they both spiraling out of control when in each others company... their attraction turned pretty fast from physical to something f*cked-up. in her case am assuming whatever lead her to turn to prostitution, maybe what she went through there - messed with her head. in his case idk as i doubt there were a lack of women for him to use. cause am sorry, the dude didn't molests her or anyone, either cause of his status or looks he could have any women he wanted. he just fell for a nutter & then started to spiral out of control with her.
idk if i am right or wrong & if watching this till the end would change my mind. but i am so bored & tried, i doubt trying to rewatch this another time, will bring about a different result... this not for me & after the 1st half (that i did see) i don't get what all the hype is about.
i am trying to recall if there was ever a character i hated as much as i hate Hua Yong. there might have been main character's that annoyed me, but i doubt there was one that i detested as i do Hua Yong. i can't see him redeeming himself in anyway - that will make me like, let alone root for him to end up with Sheng. until now the only character i like is Gou & have been hoping he distances himself from Shen (not that will ever happen - but that's my wish). now that both Gou & Sheng r gonna be with child, personally hope they both chose the single parenthood life, then chose to be with the men they r paired with.
ironically i started off disliking Shen, but cause of Hua Yong he doesn't seem as bad π€·ββοΈthe bleedin irony of it all... this BL is such a toxic mess π€¦ββοΈ
