not even a sec in & the snakes were enough for me to recognize this, OMG this is a HILAIOUS web-novel & i found it cause i saw the BL that came out in 2015, Falling in Love with a Rival - which was freakin funny. just too short - that's why i searched out the web novel it was adapted from & it was worth the search(!) even though it was only translated until page 195 (so waiting for updates & then life happened & forgot all about it).
so hope this is gonna be as good, if whomever took-on this project followed the OG novel - even though it's not just overly sexual (bordering on hardcore porno lol), it's got BDSM & a lot of kinky sh*t... which i am betting is too risky for anyone lol anyway just hope this still as hilarious...😁🤞

Jorn had kidnapped him after he & his friends had beaten him into unconsciousness & when Chain woke up, he was chained to a bed with hands tied behind his back, in some remote place where they were all alone.

lol... i wont say i didn't have that thought in my head, but that would be victim blaming & sadly just cause u r strong doesn't mean ur body wont freeze when u find ur-self facing something that u never thought u would.

i wanted Chain to beat Jorn within an inch of his life - but the writer's r messed in the head & wanted to turn this into a romance (talk toxic mess) as if it's logical that a victim of sexual abuse, suddenly started missing/lusting after the person that abused them - no logic. they turned his PTSD into yearning in the last ep 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

lol i haven't watched the The Next Prince so idk.... but usually if there is a season 2 or even a mention of it (even if doesn't pan out) it's mentioned above as a spinoff or a sequel - just the date is left open. so going by that - things can change 🤷‍♀️

even if Jorn & Chain had a close relationship where they grew-up as sibling (which isn't the case), what i got is that when Chain & his sister lost their parents Sun & that group of guys helped them a lot.
but what Jorn did, heck all the beating's Chain suffered cause of Sun & those guy's any gratitude Chain would've felt would be over IMO.
Jorn didn't tell Sun & the other 2 guys that he r*ped & abused Chain - there no romance after that sh*t. i don't see any victim of sexual abuse suddenly falling in-love with someone who did that to them.

thank god there aint no future, cause the way the writers have written ep 6 u know that they were gonna turn what happened between Chain & Jorn into a BSDM romance. this was messed in the head enough that last thing i would want to see, is more or Jorn abusing Chain. but that's me 🤦‍♀️

this ep was a disaster, idk WTF Sun was thinking just randomly f*cking some girl, when he was in a relationship. & then the apology - it was cause this was the last ep, so we needed Nu to rush & console Sun - whatever... after him telling Chain i think u r interested in someone else, i was like f*ck Nu, the other character's (like Chain's sister, this b*tch cares more that Nu & Sun talk, then worry about who abducted & abused her brother??) & mainly the writers.

Chain was r*ped! & it didn't end with the beating, being kidnapped, abused & treated like an animal, gaslit, brainwashed & then r*aped, Jorn was still harassing Chain & assaulting him. but cause of the stigma & shame he was quite about what he was going through & what was done to him. his thinking of Jorn when he wanted to kiss Nu - that was cause he was traumatized(!!!) & had a flashback. that wasn't him lusting & yearning for Jorn, but only someone with a messed-up mind would take the most traumatic sh*t a r*ape victim goes through, after the assault & turn it into a romance. like WTF! but these the same genius that wrote the scene where Sun f*cks a blind drunk Bu that wasn't able to consent, right? & that has a "Happily ever after" MOFO!

i needed Chain to hurt Jorn, heck i would go burn the house (he held me in) down & i would use anything i could get my hands on if Jorn would come near me ever again - but i get being frozen & not being able to move, let alone react. the fact that Sun & his buddies r getting away with what they did to Chain... f*ck this 🤬🤬🤬

if u didn't watch ep 5 i will spoil - he didn't make out with Jorn. cause of being held as a captive, he wanted to make Jorn comfortable so he could get away & Jorn also raped him. so there were no feelings involved, Chain doesn't like Jorn & Jorn is f*cked in the head so idk if he is capable of liking anyone - what he did to Chain was to punish him, not cause he was attracted to him.

just fast forwarded the 5th ep - what a sh*t show!! - in the preview of the previous ep (4) i had a feeling that the writers of this BL were trying to recreate the hype that surrounded Vegas & Pete's "relationship" in KinnPorsche.
"watching" this train wreck of a ep it was much worse, as pointed out couldn't watch, had to fast forwarded most of it. Jorn is a crazy MOFO & the sad part is that i know he will get away with what he did to Chain - like his friends will, cause they got money & connections - while Chain has no one but his sister. he could've murdered Chain & who would help his sister find him, nobody.
i genuinely feel disgusted & sick cause at least in KinnPorsche there was some logic - Pete might have been called a body-guard, but he was in a gang & he could've been hurt or dead on the daily (considering the life he was living). here Jorn targeted Chain cause he is a psycho, that saw a convenient target that was vulnerable, cause he didn't have family or money, let alone friends that would fight for him. this is beyond disgusting.

the fact Sun & the other guys r 'whatevering' what happened & just want the problem to go away, is making me see red. now i could give 2 sh*ts about Nu & his overbearing mother, let alone his romance. same with the rest. i got a headache from this ep!

couldn't even get through the 2nd ep - this utter crap - idk what people r going on about... calling this a "master piece" like WTF is wrong with people.🤷‍♀️
Golf is a sociopath, he was obsessive about his bf so much so, he attached an innocent bystander & for whatever reason then decided to help Art, which turned into a messed up game when Art regained consciousness, but suffered from memory loss.
cause the world's ending in a couple of days, so a few white lies wont hurt anyone - right?!?

manipulating someone who is wholly dependent on u, is romance to whom?!?? given Art's condition - Golf might as well be messing with a person with a mental disability. but he has never been loved so gaslighting someone into loving him is nothing - right?!? but donno why i am shocked/questioning anything as this kinda par of course for Thai BL's. 🤦‍♀️hard pass -

Tonkla had a steel rod sticking out of his chest, even God wouldn't be able to revive him without removing the foreign object 1st. but the writer's wanted Tonkla dead thus not Mark nor Tong could use common sense at that moment.

Nakan wanted the golden blood cause he wanted to kill Thara (as she killed a golden blood that was under his care, that he grew to love as a friend) taking over the other vampires would be a bonus.

if anything IMO Tong coming back was ridiculous, cause he didn't have a drop of blood in his body. so Mark giving him some of his blood or kissing him shouldn't have worked - but it is what it is...

Tong & Mark had great chemistry till the last moment & they had the looks, but that's doesn't make a good BL. i rolled my eyes so many times i am suffering from dizziness... i already said Tong should've been turned, when Mark understood that there was no escaping Thara's clutches & even if he ran away (like Mark wanted in the previous ep) cause of his blood, he would forever be hunted cause his blood is attractive to vampires. but we needed the b.s. drama to get dragged on - oh well.

the only character i was rooting for was Nakan, he was interesting & complex - he was well written. & still think Tonkla would've been the perfect character to be paired with him (taming the beast... yummy). but they decided to kill him off - given the writing, not shocked this is what we ended up with. the writers had a good idea, but didn't know how to develop it so it would be good from start to finish.
Mark (& even Nakan at the end of the previous ep) weren't capable of over powering a handful of Thara's men, but suddenly here they succeeded cause Wan helped?!? which mentioning her, have to say from the start we keep hearing how vampires lack all the senses, that make human's humane including emotion's, well for a bunch of emotionless vampires, they had a hell of a lot of emotion's lol.
same with the constant reminder that the golden blood gives a vampire the power to kill other vampires, but Thara could kill Wan before consuming Ton's blood?!??? can keep going, but what does it matter - the end (thankfully).

this was fun for a one off, hope that Gawin & Joss's next project is better written. cause i started watching this for Gawin (who IMO is a good actor) & even though i though both character's were a bit 'slow' on a whole they did a good job.

considering how short this is, was sure that the only drama we will get is Best & Dew fighting their attraction & not knowing how, if or when to confess. didn't expect it to go this south in this last ep.
was happy Fern got her moment to come clean & explain why she was suddenly ghosting Dew. as i've always pointed out, just cause u developed feelings for ur bff, it's NOT ur bff's fault & ghosting them is unfair. so was happy that the confrontation happened & was going to be happy, that she said she didn't want to lose their friendship. that was until her f*cked-up move with Dew's mother; it wasn't her place to out him!!! & adding insult to injury, by saying it's a pity ur moving so far - b*tch it was cause of u!!! the fact that Dew was unsuspecting of how she stabbed him in the back & will always think of her as a good friend & a good person, is infuriating!

also don't get Dew's mom gaslighting him into distancing himself from Best & more or less trying to make him promise, that he will forever live his life in the closet. so she will be happy with the fake facade her son will create, marring some poor unsuspecting woman & living miserably??? but as long as she is happy. all is good - right?!???

this was freakin depressing... War couldn't confess cause Dew didn't create the right environment, that would encourage one to do so & yet with his message at the end, he made it clear to Best, that he knew. idk what i feel other then sad. ironic that the pair that will come out of this BL, is Deff & Ray (who didn't have an intrusive friend or a tiger mom that would get involved to tear them apart) ugh... this too sad for a rewatch. but loved War, as i knew i would -

the writing is going from bad to worse. this whole ep was mainly to pull at the audience's heart strings - which it worked, if u read most of the comments.
why we needed all the dramatic overly romantic moments idk - when character's needed to use their head & find an out, they were busy wasting time romanticizing their doomed romance... which we got with that moronic move Tong pulled at the end, like come on.

would ask why Tong's ruminating was not something they even considered?!? Mark was human (a dying one at that) & Thara turned him. why not turn Tong & then no more golden blood issue, as the threat to HIS life would go away?!??
maybe 3 against one - they wouldn't need the golden blood's power to kill Thara - strength in number's etc... but for whatever reason Mark suddenly is weaker then the average human in this ep, so idk...

& sorry not sorry but Tong is a moron, why come back? offering himself to Thara making an idiotic grand sacrifice is worth sh*t cause after Thara drinks him dry, the 1st one she will kill, is Mark & then Nakan. so his sacrifice is worth what exactly?!?? this was moronic writing & a stupid ep .

Mond is one hell of a bad-guy. maybe cause of that or just cause Nakan seems to be the only one using his brains, he has fast become my favorite character. even though i still hold a grudge for him killing Tonkla (i would much rather they ended up together lol) but genuinely, he made this ep fun to watch. the rest were doing my head in...

btw if Thara was really smart she would make sure all her Golden Blood's would copulate/breed before 21 & thus ensuring she would always have a never ending supply of golden blood lol - now that would be worthy of a really diabolical head of vampires Ψ(￣∀￣)Ψ
