this was really good & well acted. i get that there r too many below average BL's made in any given country - but that doesn't mean there no good one made.... i have watched quite a few really good BL's from Korea, so i wasn't biased one way of the other. just gave this a try & i am glad i did, cause this was really good.
Na Ae Jun was the MVP for me in this & i know i would happily rewatch - this was light, fun & funny & yet it was serious & had it's rough patches for the mains to over come.

if i have any criticism it would be of the 2nd couple, their break-up like their make-up was vaguely handled - yeah we got the rough idea of what happened, but as they had almost no screen time i wish we got a bit more of their story & the key points. instead of leaving everything to our imagination. but other then that, this was a feel good BL & i for one would happily recommended this to anyone & everyone.

Mob is back to his usual antic's - this was hilarious, as per usual. but i wanted this to continue from where the previous season ended - with Hatano & Kikuchi confessing to Mob - awaiting his decision. i really wanted this seasons to be all about Mob. but it didn't start from there, which means this season on a whole will be a repeat of the previous seasons & in the last ep, we will get some type of conclusion. 🤞
as this the finale (given it's says so in the title) am hoping that this time Mob ends up in a relationship... but considering how this has been written, who knows🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

been a while since i saw this too. but i get what u r saying, just in the food poisoning incident i am pretty sure that she adds something to the food when Shu Nian wasn't around. but as i said, it's been so long that i aint 100% if i am remembering right.

idk how no one mentioned the basic fact that Sher is an abusive f*cker. dude is volatile & loves to hit & punch Fah - but it's ok, cause he is the 'bottom'? smaller is stature? oh i know, cause he got a phobia of love & a past trauma, so it is Fah's job as the one that loves him - to become his verbal & physically punching bag - that's love for u - of course 🤦‍♀️

ironically i started off not liking Fah as he wasn't just a player, he was also a liar. Sher came of more genuine in his approach to the playboy lifestyle. but as this progressed, u got that both were carrying past trauma that lead them to seek out the lifestyle they were living. but as their romance develop, Fah changed & grew as a character while Sher fought tooth & nail to not change his ways - while understanding how change can be scary -it started to infuriate when Sher's go to was basically abusing Fah - physically/verbally. & Fah just kept coming back, apologizing asking for a 2nd chance - cause he loved Sher.
this toxic & halfway through i had enough & wanted Fah to cut his losses & stay the f*ck a way from Sher, who was mental & need therapy not a bf. he could mess with.

ironically the couple that was worth the watch & were wholesome & sweet were Ping & Tap. i wasn't interested in them & at the most felt sad for Ping one-side-crush. but that developed beautifully & it was a much better watch then the main couple. but if anyone asked me if they should give this a try i would say NOPE. sorry but this was a waste of time IMO

on a whole this was really well made, loved the acting & the plot too (even though it was kinda brutal & raw), there was no sugar coating to the life in the yakuza & how the hierarchy works - how the subordinates get treated. even the romance that we got, wasn't the typical lovey dovey sh*t we r used too - it was jaded & harsh with no sweet nothings.... as Kataoka is a man of few words, idk if what has developed between him & Odajima can be called love, or how long it will last.

BUT this ep didn't have the feel of a finale, not unless there is a 2nd season in the makings.. there too many open ends - IMO.

found it weird that he didn't talk to Kataoka about his leaving the "family"- if for no other reason then to realize, that the guy that ended up murdering Asahi was the same guy Keito sent to stab & then shoot Kataoka. so the one at fault for Asahi's murder is Keito, but the f*cker is sitting at the top of the "family" meaning he is untouchable...

also is Kataoka still on the run?!? if he aint, then he's on vacation?!? as a member of the yakuza, he needs to earn & offer his share weekly to the head. so him running of to have a honeymoon with Odajima wont matter to the new boss - Keito. who already warned Odajima not to come before him & he also hates Kataoka, he doesn't seem like someone that will get over his grudge just cause his position is secure.... idk there a lot of open ends & that is frustrating to me.

but this is the end, guess i will never find out, unless i check out the manga (which i have a feeling might be a harsher version of what we saw & idk if i have the stomach for that..) so i'm left guessing, oh well this was great, even if the end left me wanting...

well it was cringe for me, watching the awkwardness - whether it be logical or not - u feel what u feel & while watching, i was very uncomfortable 🤷‍♀️

even though there were some really cringe moments that i really wanted over fast (like the awkward moments between Hioki & the group) & Hioki is a bit too clumsy, but at least he doesn't over react or act, so it wasn't unbearable.
but the plus is i think he is beautiful & adorable (IMO he's one of the better looking in this BL, yeah the rest not bad looking either - but he is at the top for me), also like that he isn't like everyone else & marches to his own beat... didn't like the "mean girls" with their petty remarks. but other then the typical use of females as antagonist's that r mean, just for the sake of being mean - this was fun.

it's also obvious (to me) that Watarai has a crush on Hioki & he was the one that either suggested Hioki's name (to join his friend group) or he has confided in his friends & they invited Hioki, cause they trying to help their friend get Hioki. either way, it's cute seeing Watarai not being able to keep his eyes off Hioki & until the end Hioki didn't really notice something was off. can't wait for more😁.

as the saying goes 'different strokes for different folks' cause IMO Hioki isn't just good looking, he is adorable & sweet, like the boy next door & that's more my type, then the stoic good looking guy, that everyone falls for, but usually feels like he isn't approachable.
