there was a hell of a lot of manipulation on the tutors part. that's clear to see & the fact that Akira feels like there isn't anyone that will accept him, other then the tutor & that's why he didn't want to stop their relationship, when he knows he isn't loved by the tutor, shows how messed-up in the head he is & that is a consequence of the tutors grooming a gaslighting! u don't need a degree in psychology to understand this 🤷‍♀️

agree about the tutor, but Arika is a red flag. 🤷‍♀️ the fact he is a victim isn't disputed, but he isn't in the right headspace to be with anyone new!

it's like a drowning person he will not just drown himself, he will drag Kanata down with him. cause Kanata is just a teen who doesn't have the tools to deal with whatever is going on with Akira (something he hasn't even faced & dealt with himself, something that isn't a thing of the past.

that's why from the sec i realized what was going on with Akira (present not just past tense), i said/thought/wrote that i don't think this should end with some soft romance - cause Arika needs help & healing, love can come after a hell of a lot of therapy 😑✌

he is such an agent of chaos that people forget he has his softer sides & this not the 1st time that he has shown it (well 1st in this season, but i am talking about the 1st season) he can be caring & considerate, just not for long stretches' of time. 😂🤣🖐

also was wondering where Boston disappeared too, glad he is back & happier he showed his compassionate side. also am sure Tua was more pissed at Dean, then at Arnold - just Arnold came to him 1st & he took out all his anger & hurt on him... oh well, we needed the drama other wise this not only friends 😅😂🤦‍♀️

i really love this BL, but am i the only one that felt that this was off? not everything but parts just seemed rushed & disjointed, i was wondering if it was a translation problem or the dialogue was just whack - cause we 2 eps from the end & a lot of stuff needed to be "shoved" in before the finale?!?

also i think the one thing both couples need to do is communicate & either it's their own ego or other stuff, that gets in the way of them having a heart felt conversation that would/could clear up a lot of the misunderstandings... i feel like this will either never happen or will be rushed, cause there really is no time left. ugh 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

as is IMO there isn't enough of the main couple & i think 'they' should've just focused on them & not given us a 2nd couple, maybe left it for a spinoff or something 🤔

agree that Ouyang wasn't likeable in this ep, but from his POV he knew he was gonna lose Yu Lei if he didn't do something drastic & just being close bff's wasn't working. if anything Yu Lei was getting closer & closer to Chen Ke. this ep was his last-ditch attempt, he gave it his all & bombed.
but sorry he's NOT as sinister as the roommate - that dude is shady & not to be trusted.

Thank U!!! my sentiments exactly - as the adult in the equation he should've known better. but he just saw someone who would be easy to manipulate & use, while projecting Akira's brother "image" onto him - despicable & gross.
