she is always putting him in danger lol but this time she was a needed distraction. i really don't get why Jang Uk keeping going back to Park Jin, asking to be his pupil. after getting rejected since he was a teen, hasn't he had enough & he got Mu Deok as a master. learn from her grow strong & then come demand to be a part of that place. **********************************************Park Jin just keeps finding ways, throwing obstacles in Jang Uk path, not wanting him to use the power that has been unleash to become stronger & be noticed as an intender for the throne. i get that but his ways r always so soul crushing idk how Jang Uk walks around with a smile.*********************************************************************************************************************************************btw who is Teacher Lee is he good or bad? & why he steal the "smoke dog " detector of possessed bodies?!?********************************************************************************************************************************************side note: i really find Kim Do Ju & Park Jin bickering sweet & funny, but this time around after how Park Jin "destroyed" Jang Uk's hopes & dreams i didn't want any cute fluffy scenes

what is that rat Jin Mu up too. i get he wants Jang Gang position. but why he hell bent on creating sh*t between Jang Uk& the crown prince?!? ********************************************************************************************************************also now have a feeling Naksu's family was murdered cause of the rat, maybe she was of the Jin family that tossed him out. & he found a way to poison the minds of Jang Gang & the rest of the people Naksu saw murdering her whole family. like he is doing with the crown prince.*******************************************************************************************************************************************btw Jang Uk getting his ass in hot water cause of Mu Deok quite a few times. but Park Jin didn't need to be this brutal towards him. i get why his father locked up his powers. but everything they r making Jang Uk fight harder for all the things the adults r trying to keep him from having. they basically pushing him into the mouth of the lion - ironic

Mu Deok & Jang Uk's back & forth is so funny, really like their chemistry. also enjoy the interactions between Jang Uk & Park Dang Gu, Mu Deok & Joo Wol. wish there was more of all of them.************************************************************************************************************************************************but regarding the back story. did Jang Gang go back to his body after the 7 days, Go Sung requested?!? i guess being the mage he would find a way to oust Go Sung's soul from his body. i assumes the king spitting blood, when realizing what he was doing with his body, meant he lost his life at that moment - i.e Jang Gang's soul that was residing in that sick body, ascended. but guess it didn't & cause the king was in his body when he bedded Jang Gang's wife, he is Jang Uk's father?!? backward logic if u ask me, but i guess that's what a cucked husband would feel - even though it was his body.

well i get the hype. this was good & interesting. but am wondering why Jang Gang was so stupid as to agree, to the sick kings wishes. logically even if what he said was true - he would be in Jang Gang's body, so any offspring he sired would biologically be Jang Gang's - no?!? *****************************************************************************************************************the fact the king was trying to dupe Jang Gang by not only stealing his body but "using" his wife was a bad joke. but why did he then "lock" his sons powers? he was worried that Jang Uk would find out & to seek revenge he would destroy Go Sung's soul that is still housed in his fathers body?!? *******************************************************************************************************************************************also how/why were Naksu & Seo Yul close, when he is connected to the people that murdered her father, making her chose a life as an assassin. (btw when did she chose that life, as she saw her father getting murdered when she was a child. & she was hanging with Seo Yul when she was a teen?!?). ******************************************************************************************************************************************side note: Jung So Min is a good actress but she i really good as a comedic actress. it was fun & funny watching & Lee Jae Wook interact.

ok this was great but that ending was whack.. at least give me some info about how this turned out (or maybe it was given at the start) or was this left open for a 2nd season?!? or as this starts of with her winning a battle - doesn't necessarily mean she wins the war - no?!? or is this assuming whoever is watching knows the history of Korea so they know how it turns out - so whack ending.*******************************************************************************************************************************************but other then that this was really fun, great acting well thought out plot &i for one enjoyed ever min of this. for sure a rewatch

genuinely don't get how people didn't like this, i am immensely enjoying watching this unfold, yes not all if perfect but show me a drama that is. the acting is good (by all) the plot is well thought-out. idk what everyone's problem with this was but i am the odd one out - so nothing new there lol************************************************************************************************************************************************side note: Jeon Jong Seo's walk kills me, it's more fitting for a man then a woman (& i know there isn't a woman's or mans walk per-say) but if u watch her walking in some scenes, it is so glaring. maybe she over does it cause she is trying to convey strength or machismo idk. but it doesn't fit when she is dressed regally.*******************************************************************************************************************************************watching this i really pity Woo Hui & Go Nam Mu, when they were on the frozen border they were in the garden of Eden. they were free to love & be happy, surrounded by people they could trust. the sec Go Nam Mu got the throne, both he & his wife were surrounded by people trying to destroy them individually & come between them as pair. they couldn't even trust family. tough life to lead this way.

well at least now i get why Eul Pa So suggested Go Bal Gi & not one of the other brothers. also why he contacted Yeon Bi from the Jolbon clan & why she was ready to help the Queen. ********************************************************************************there was a sec where i wondered if Queen was Eul Pa So's childhood crush & he was helping her cause of love, but revenge trumps all i guess************************************************************************************************************************************************but that sister OMG when will she be put of her misery?!? Queen Woo knows & yet she is quietly letting her get away with sh*t - why oh why?!? will she do something about her, only when she knows what she did to, or with her late husband?!? will that anger her enough to put an end to that woman?!? *********************************************************************************************************************************************also the cry-baby prince is a perv, but i guess Queen knew about his lusting after her. just don't get how she can marry him (like he is easy to handle so i get what she is thinking) but when he already got a wife. even if he marries his new wife will be his 2nd wife, so if he takes the throne his 1st wife would take the rightful place beside him not Queen Woo, no?!? what did i miss...

big "...the hunt begins now.." who told u to go after her?!? but i only felt sorry for the horses, OMG but it looks like the poor creatures was abused in this drama. i hope none of them were maimed.*******************************************************************************************************************************************also it took ages until Queen Woo decided to haul ass, how many people of hers needed to die until she would decide it was time to get involved?!? & i wouldn't be wondering this if it was any other female (u know, not one that has been shown to us as a very active teen & woman that wanted to lead an army) so she took her sweet time & i for one was frustrated. but at least she finally noticed that her "sister" was acting suspicious. if she only knew - ***********************************************************OMG seeing the scene where her father & his older brother sent her sister to bed the king, cause she had yet to produce an heir - like talk slap in the face. especially given how she is putting her clan before herself as she could've ran away & gone into hiding (as she told Eul Pa So at the start). pity her "family" can't give a sh*t about her.

as if this wasn't good as is, the OST makes it epic IMO. **********************************************************************************************************************************************am wondering why Eul Pa So thought 1st of Go Bal Gi instead of one of the younger (more normal) brothers. dude crazy & even Eul Pa So knew this fact; telling Queen Woo that maybe dying would be less painful, then marring that psycho. cause seeing Go Gye Su & his feelings of loyalty towards his 2nd brother - let alone his similar personality, wouldn't he have been a preferable choice?!? heck even the cry-baby Go Yeon U is better then the 3rd prince. ********************************************************************************************************************************************either way there isn't a boring moment, also was wondering if Eul Pa So decide to betray Queen Woo by contacting Yeon Bi (Jolbon clan|) who i have yet to figure outm why she got rid of Myeongnim Eo Ru the lord of the North District (not that i am complaining, he among the ones i need gone, Woo Sun still staring at the top of that list - sadly she still around) helping Queen Woo. ********************************************************************************************************************************************btw idk why Queen Woo doesn't notice something is really wrong with her sister & she was having a conversation with herself outside Queen Woo's window (i get it's on a moving carriage) but still, she acting really weird - frustrating no one is catching on. wonder how much more damage she gonna create, before she is stopped ugh

so many question's; why did Woo family's head kill all the maids?!? did he know & do that to cover up for Woo Sun?!? cause he prevented Eul Pa So from finding out who poisoned the king. but if he knew she killed the king, i doubt he would send her with the Queen - given how she backstabbed her sister again - OMG i want this woman to burn **************************************& why didn't Eul Pa So not confiscate all of that shaman's concoction's, just to make sure ?!?? why take her word for it. ************************************************************************************************************************************************also the energy balls that Woo Sun is addicted too & driving her nuts, was that intentional? for recurring business or like with the aphrodisiac, she didn't know that more then 1 drop can turn poisonous. or does she know & is acting stupid?!? cause i don't thinks she is the "hidden man" (the clan head from the North District keeps going on about) i think.*********************************************************************************************************************************************3rd Prince is crazy & Queen Woo is smart, cause he's not fit to be King. as is it annoys me that he was left alone to abuse & torture innocent people, cause he was bored, crazy or both. get Go Nam Mu was fighting a war most of the time, but he got a ton of people that can keep him informed of what his brothers r doing & having his citizens being tortured to death for the fun of it - what is the point of fighting to unit the country, if this is how u disregard the citizens that r already under ur rule?!?

this is so good that 50 mins r over in a blink of an eye. i was shocked when Woo Sun said "father", she is Queen Woo's sister - like what?!???? how freakin ironic this the same spoilt b*tch, that didn't wanna marry the 3rd prince Go Nam Mu, now lusting after him - guess the sec he sat on the throne he suddenly turned very attractive to this wh*re. *************************************so need her not only to get caught, but to be beaten to de*th... she didn't just kill her brother-in-law, she betrayed her sister by coveting her place & her love, now she has endangered the whole clan. (not that i care much for the clan) but the worse thing is killing the man that truly loved his wife & a wife that truly loved her husband. that is a rarity when we talking not only arranged marriage's, but when it's a power play between families. **********************************************************************************************************************************************side note: the nudity & erotic scenes keep catching me off guard. so not used to in it K-drama's... lol

was a bit weary starting this (even though i was really looking forward to it, but that was...) before i read a load of comments that basically said the main actress can't act. watching this 1st ep i am wondering what the hell they were talking about. did they want her over reacting to ever scene, like "emotions for dummies"?!? she is the Queen, she has to be reserved, cool, calm & distant. no matter what she is feeling, she can't act/react like a normal woman would. she has a position to think off. let alone enemies all around her, just watching for weakness. **************************************************************************from what i saw ,there was plenty of emotions - a wide range going across her face, each appropriate to the situation she was experiencing. so i really don't get what a lot of commenter's were going on about.****************************************************************************************************************************************************this ep was kinda epic, it was well acted by all, the battle scenes were brutal & the court intrigue was infuriating, bordering on treasonous (but nothing new there, that's basically the full time job of court official's).**********************************************************************************************************************************************but i am shocked that already in this 1st ep we lose the king (even though this a short drama) i didn't expect we would lose the king so soon.

yeah unlike everyone else, i have had enough - why Kant groveling? after Bison (basically) pushing him into the sea & saving his ass(?) the gun feels like b.s. power move. if i was Kant i would be furious, not standing there apologizing & pleading for my life. *************************************************************************************************************************************************like f*ck Bison & his brother they not freakin innocent in this whole situation. they kill people for a living - what they think that would never catch up to them!?!? & if they justified in murdering people, why Kant not justified in saving his own ass - how he worse then them?!? if anything he is doing it for his life & his sibling. while they were doing it for money - that better?!? plz**********************************************************************************************************************************************if i was Kant i would turn around & ask Bison WHY the F*CK he save me. so he should stop pointing that gun - either shoot or f*ck off. i would be more worried about my younger sibling, that's left all alone wondering/worried where i'm at. then care about "making up" with Bison - so not even 8 min's in & i am OUT! **********************************************************************************************************************************************even Styles humor not gonna keep me - the brothers r getting on my last nerve - they NOT worthy of Kant or Style IMO & their sob stories doesn't justify their actions.

so did Keen the moron come to "take care" of the brother's or their boyfriends? & was that his idea or did "mother" send him?!?********************************************************************************************************************************************also this whole ep felt like filler to me, i will go along with the idea that the bothers wanted to make their boyfriends fall for them hard & then betray them by killing them. (a bit over kill but ok) but after the balling-alley incident what changed?!? in regards to Fadel, who switched to his old self. why?!? cause Style showed him that he cared that he was hurt?!? ******************************************************************************************************************************************& regards Bison, he heard Kant's heart felt confession, so why the drama on the boat - just to rub salt in his wounds?!? guess i get that, as he was hurting so he wanted to hurt. either way this turned so messy that am wondering how this gonna get fixed where the couples survive.******************************************************************************************************************************************side note: Style is the comedic relief in this drama, thank f*ck for him. other wise would've lost interest.

i don't like or trust that "mother" or that captain, but i really can't stand Keen, dude just rubs me the wrong way & the faces he keeps making, make me like him even less. idk what his deal is, or what he is up too. but i don't trust him anymore then i trust the other 2 i mentioned above.********************************************************************************************************************************************everyone hating on Kant as if he had a choice in the matter, he wouldn't search Bison out or sufferer Fadel's threatening attitude, if he didn't have to (no matter how great Bison was i bed). & even though he is ratting the brothers out, he isn't happy to do so. he has NO choice in the matter, it is either him (& his brother) or the brothers. anyone who says they would put love/lust before family or themselves is either lying or needs their head checked - sorry!****************************************************************************************************************************************Style ironically isn't an informant & the sec he found out from Kant who Fadel was, he should've gone with his gut reaction & bowed out of the whole mess. but he keeps going back - guess the bad boy appeal is hard to resist lol. just hope he doesn't pay a high price for playing with fire....
