thought Way would save the day at the ending.. will have to see in the next ep i guess - but have to say what is the point of all the alfa enigma talk?!? Kent (in this ep) it was made clear that he is normal / average human (idk why Chen would take in a child without powers but ok) & yet he is capable of over powering Pete?!???? then the enigma's power comes down to being able to impregnate an alfa?? that's it? much ado about nothing if u ask me like this whole BL. *************************************even Charlie really being alive, was kinda anti climactic - same with the start of relationship between Jeff & Alan, Jeff so worried about turning Alan off cause of his clairvoyant abilities but not worried that he has been lying to Alan & caused Babe serious heartache with the Charlie's death - lie???

idk why i thought this got 12 eps - but nope the end. a very sweet end too perfect if u ask me but i am a pessimist so what do i know. *********************************************************************************************************************************parents do know their children so not shocking as close & love as un Xi's parents r they spoke about how close he is too Han Tuo & that is must be more then platonic. given how scared Jun Xi about their reaction. it was the perfect ending for him. not realistic in the least. not with how he was more or less browbeat into a relationship & then to be out a proud. but it is what it is & everything worked out perfectly (too perfectly lol). *******************************************************************************also got the added mini disturbance with Zhan Wen Sen actually confessing to Han Tuo, was it needed?!? just so we will see that Jun Xi can be as jealous as Han Tuo has been??? ok - i preferred the scene between Han Tuo & his father, i am happy they cleared up the air & will renew their relationship. but that's about it - this was cute & toxic. sorry but it is what it is. *************loved the kid actors especially the kid that played Jun Xi's younger self he is beyond adorable & liked everyone else too but will never be happy by how Han Tuo gaslit Jun Xi into a relationship - but the end & this was short & fun so whatever....

seen the trailer for the 2nd season so i know that Charlie aint dead & yet if i didn't know this the fact that Jeff isn't really effected or acting effected tells me that Charlie is alive. & guessing just me but the acting is kinda bad - from everyone - there is a ton of over acting on everyone part - like that ending like why everyone crying?!??? WTF****************************************btw i would've really appreciated know what gifts each of Chen adoptive kids has, until now we only know that Charlie can "consume" the power of others, while Jeff can see a persona future(?) when he touches them. about the rest idk. & as not everyone read the novel this was adapted from that would have been a nice touch

well color me surprised, didn't think the wimpy, cry baby that had been eternally friend zoned would turn out to not only to be an enigma, but he was another one of Chen's adopted sons & was supposed to get Babe pregnant & take him back "home". idk how Charlie found out where Babe was, i am just glad we didn't have to watch a grape scene. ************************************these guys don't have a plan & idk what Charlie & Jeff r cooking up, but until now everything is slowly but surely going down hill. & i know i will be the odd one out but i can't stomach the lovey dovey scenes, let alone more.... Charlie acting cute is just grating at this stage & thus annoying. he still needs to kiss Babe's ass at every turn? but i aint interested in North & Sonic or Alan & Jeff flirting or more either...

this ep was kinda stupid - everyone kept falling allover their own two feet - little wonder someone as despicable as Chen is thriving. all the "good guys" r utterly incompetent. & have to say i still don't understand why Charlie is ready to sacrifice his life for Babe, i get he got close to him cause he saw Babe as a tool to deal with Chen - same with taking Babe's "powers"... but still offering up his life at every turn, isn't cute or funny. it's just kitschy. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Jeff just walking into Chen's house as if he didn't grow up there & knows that place filled with Chen's henchmen. Babe & Charlie playing as a D-rated Charlie's angels - other then getting hurt & flirting with each other, they have yet to accomplish a thing. also had hopes the mysterious Mr. Pete would be the "Ace card" that would take Chen down - WTF was that? him hiding & watching a poor kid getting sold off, only to have Ken hold a knife at his throat & do nothing then make cow-eyes at him WTH is going on - idk. but i know it wasn't impressive. ************************************************************************************bummer, as it feels like the writer can write romance but not anything complicated... it isn't well thought-out or executed. all of the (good) character's r coming of stupid & goofy. as this is developing in this ep, Chen is gonna have a happily ever after by the end, not the mains. ******************************************************************************************************************* also was sure Way would betray Babe.... but idk

after ages finally decided to pick this back up. was getting tired of Babe's behavior & will admit that Charlie's enabling personality was starting to annoying me - cause how many time can one get kicked & still comes back for more. like plz - so yeah needed a break & now am glad cause i can see that Charlie had an agenda. he says it was to help Babe but as the psycho Tony was asking Charlie if he found Jeff am sure Charlie is working for Tony like Kenta. *******************************************but what i find interesting, Charlie is living with Jeff & dating Babe - both "kids" that Tony wants back, so he can sell them (or something - the whole wants to get u pregnant by an enigma, went over my head - that needs clarifying). so either Charlie up to no good & is a really good conman that can dupe everyone. or Tony just plain stupid. **********************************************in the previous ep (a few yrs back) i said that i don't feel sorry for Way. if anything i enjoyed his pain - but i felt so bad for him arriving at the restaurant with that bouquet of roses. *******************************************************************************this time Babe was taking advantage of Way, he knows exactly how Way feels & he also knows he doesn't feel the same way, but he didn't & doesn't care. he knows he can use Way's feelings to use him & he does without a 2nd thought. this time he an utter douche that is a bad guy not just a bad friend.

hmmmm found it ironic that Huo Ying & the doctor survived, more so Huo Ying cause of his being poisoned for over 17 yrs & yet he's hail & hearty in the end. 2ndly i don't get how he survived when Huai Yi (Zi Ang's brother) informs Shu He, that cause he tried to escape all of the southern soldiers were executed. why Huo Ying's allowed to live?!??? ********************************also i didn't get Shu He feeling sorry about his brother the Crown Prince, he broke his fingers taking away the one thing that brought him joy & if Zi Ang hadn't interwind, Shu He would've been the Crown Princes next victim (after their father the King). the ending where they meet in the after life was cute & then the Crown Prince waiting to apologize was fine/fitting - then Shu He could be the loving, accepting brother. but while Shu He was alive, him feeling apologetic towards his brother was moronic IMO. **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************regarding the suicide i think he did it cause he knew Zi Ang was dying & as he was truly left all alone - even without a country, he had nothing to live for. oh well - wont say i cried or even felt sad. maybe cause for a few ep's now there were a tone of hints that the outcome wouldn't be a 'happily ever after" & ironically as the lovers do meet again, it turned out to be an unconventional happily ever after - so positive ending IMO. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************this was cute on a whole - wont say was hooked or am a fan that will rewatch, but i do hope to see the actors in other drama's BL of otherwise... just hope most of the newbies (all of the young actors), don't get blacklisted cause they acted in a BL.

well well well this is turning tragic... but find it ironic that Huo Ying that was dying from the start found a 2nd life cause the doctor is hot for his ass. but he can't seem to help Zi Ang - wonder why. but i did feel bad for Zi Ang in this, yeah until now i wasn't a fan & he got worse the sec Shu He found out he was for the north. as Shu He's rejection turned him crazy & he had to posses him no matter what, & even when Shu He didn't show any sign that he was interested in rekindling their relationship Zi Ang did everything in his power to capture him & turn him into his pet. so i shouldn't really feel sad for him, but he looked so happy when he was with Shu He planning their future on the way to the night market. ******************************************** not that i blame Shu He his people were suffering not only cause they lost to the North & Zi Ang, but cause he knows that Zi Ang started the war cause he wanted him. so guilt alone wont let him accept Zi Ang.

am sure i will be the odd one out - Han Tuo is like a bull in a china shop, the sec he decided he was gonna have Jun Xi or rather shift their relationship from friends to lovers, he basically forced Jun Xi into it.... even when he took a step back - supposedly giving him time to adjust to the new realty. his basically ghosting him, made Jun Xi feel like it was all or nothing - which had him rushing into something i doubt he was ready for, emotionally. **********************************************************************this whole relationship between them is very one sided. Han Tuo decides what, where & how & Jun Xi is dragged along confused & unsure in every step - running to catch on to what's what. ****************************************************************************************************************************************i didn't like Zhan Wen Sen as i thought he was gonna try & come between the mains, but his words rang true - he is the 1st person to tell Han Tuo that he is a selfish, self-centered ass that doesn't take Jun Xi into consideration, he wants, he get's even if that means emotionally manipulating & gaslighting Jun Xi into a corner until he gives in. ****************************************so i personally aint a happy camper - Jun Xi needs to do things at his own pace - he decides when & if he comes out of the closet. he didn't need to run after Han Tuo, apologize or placate him. but sadly he is too innocent's & big hearted, has always put others (especially Han Tuo's) needs before him own. he is a pushover & sadly there will always be someone that will take advantage of this fact.

Hua Yong is so fake, he is still lying through his teeth & again he didn't just mark Sheng, he graped him. like will every "interaction" between them, be forced?!? & getting infused by hormones/pheromones that make u lose ur sense of self & push u into "heat" doesn't mean consent ! ************************************************************************************************but i will be the odd one out, saying this is disgusting & grape. what makes it worse is that Sheng's reaction to what is being done to him & how he is being manipulated, is also mild... if compare this situation in the regular world view - Sheng is straight & someone (a man) is basically forcing himself on him & it's fine, cause he (Hua Yong) loves him. would anyone not lose their sh*t?? idk how Sheng didn't find a way to finish him off when they were trapped in the building, during the earthquake - now it's too late. cause Hua Yong isn't just crazy he is also superhuman. so how Sheng gonna save himself?!? idk - this whole plot is doing my head in. yeah it's entertaining (if i avoid all the grape scenes - which i do), cause seeing a gaslighter at work is impressive. ***************************************************************************************************************************but i am here more for Guo & i was so happy we finally got some scenes with him, the fact he finally resigned was the cherry on top - even though i started off really disliking Shen i kinda like his tsundere (it a trope i usually really dislike) but when u got Hua Yong around, Shen doesn't seem all that bad in comparison lol ****************************************************************anyway now that Guo knows he is with child am wondering how he is gonna support himself, he's not rich & i doubt with his sister's illness, let alone that leach of a father he has a lot of savings - so yes i am very happy he has finally chosen to put his baby & as a consequence his own health before his love for Shen. but i am worried about how he is gonna survive without a well paying job.

the doctor is like a freakin cockroach, u can't get rid of him, he keeps coming back like a bad penny & the most annoying part ,he acts like he cares so much for Shu He (which he might in his own way) as if he is trust worthy - but hard for me to buy it, when u see him with Huo Ying. who since he came clean to Shu He, has turned into a more loyal individual to Shu He, then his so called doctor friend is. **********************************************************************************************************************Zi Ang on the other hand has gone crazy, the only thing (person) on his mind is Shu He, dude's obsessed. there weren't any lines he wasn't ready to cross just to have Shu He, now he will now destroy (his kingdom) everything he built & the whole country to keep Shu He. dude is possessed by the need to be with Shu He & given how he has him under house arrest & in shackle's, seems like he wants to dominate Shu He in every way possible. ****************************************************************************ironically after Zi Ang conquering his land & dethroning him even if Shu He wanted to be with Zi Ang his pride & conscience would allow him. so doubt his gonna have a happy ending. maybe i will be wrong -

greed for power turned Shu He's brother crazy & in this ep, ironically greed for Shu He turn Zi Ang crazy. the lengths he went through, all to get Shu He is kinda scary. & i know his brain wasn't working, cause anyone would wonder - if Shu He wanted me out of his life, cause i murder his brother, how he gonna feel after i conquer his land by killing subject's in a war. he wasn't thinking right - that's for sure & to add insult to injury Shu He is now living a golden cage. he isn't free he is a prisoner. who would welcome someone that did all that to them with open arms??? **************************************************************that's why find it funny remembering Zi Ang's reaction to Shu He's mild flirting in ep 3 - it couldn't compute - now he obsessed & can't get enough of Shu He.

what a mess... but the Crown Prince getting greedy & a bit crazy was all down to his father. the King kept ignoring his bad behavior - why? not shocking that sooner or later he would get tired of waiting for the King to "pass on" naturally & take things into his own hands. Gu his "teacher" was conniving & was up to no good, but the King appointed him as teacher to his sons?!? was the King that blind, to the reality of who the people around him were??? well he paid for this ignorance. *********************btw found it so ironic that the Crown Prince was the one to look at Huo Ying face, while dying. which was what he wanted him to suffer, as i think he knew that Huo Ying was infatuated with him (i think). but given his reaction to Shu He saying "us" (regarding him & Zi Ang), makes u wonder if the Crown Prince felt more then brotherly love for Shu He. weird but not unheard off & they were half-siblings (not that it makes it ok, thus his going crazy in frustration lol)********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************also, i get Shu He being shocked finding out that his childhood buddy (that he has fallen in-love with) was actually a citizen of a foreign country. but i didn't get him siding with his psychotic brother, that was rampaging & haven murdered their father, was now thirsty for his blood. & even if he was so hurt by Zi Ang lie & willing to sacrifice himself in despair - was the Crown Prince a worthy & good ruler he would wish on his subjects?!? didn't the logic there.

well was wrong & the mains have yet to part...lol - & Huo Ying survived. also from the sat i thought he was Zi Ang lost younger brother. but i don't know anymore - *************************************************************************************************but the guy they didn't find - seems suspect, so who knows.

well hell didn't expect that kiss at the end, i thought this would be bromance heavy (which i was more then fine with) so pleasantly surprised. but sadly, given everything that is happening i doubt this is gonna be a start of their relationship. think if anything, they gonna part ways (well the description more or less says that is what's gonna happen lol). so will have to wait & see, how this unfolds in the next ep. *************************************************************************************************but regarding this ep, i don't feel even a little bit sad for Huo Ying, the Crown Prince didn't view him as anything but a tool & after using & abusing him for 17yrs, he got tired of playing with his "toy" & is gonna discard him without a 2nd thought. shocking? nope (& maybe evil of me) but i want Huo Ying to die not just cause he will suffer, but cause the "doctor" will too & after the way he betrayed his friend - it will be smoe sweet karma IMO - sorry not sorry. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************regarding what the Crown Prince did to Shu He, what i don't get is why the King just follows along every moronic idea/request/suggestion/accusation the Crown Prince has?!??? & if he was right, even once then fine - would get it. but he keeps coming off the petty b*tch & yet he requests something & the King rushes to fulfill his wishes - why?!? ********************if i was Shu He i would ask the King why he is enabling his slow execution via his older brother, might as well kill him fast or allow him to join a monastery (as he has been asking from the start), maybe then the Crown Prince will let him live in peace. this pure madness. if u gonna die if u do & die if u don't, why go along to get along - why not rock the freakin boat?!?
