Yeah sure, she seemed mentally unstable to me, but not psycho enough to be out here murdering her husband’s mistress with her own hands, or watching her own mother taking pills and not even trying to stop her.

I kinda meant the motivation for Cheon Na Na to get “revenge” on her father and brother for “killing” her mother. I understand that they’re both major a-holes, but she’s the one who just stood there and watched her mother commit suicide.

Also personally I will never understand someone killing their spouse for cheating. So her reason for killing her husband and his mistress (grandpa’s daughter) is ridiculous in my opinion.

It makes more sense for Sang-woo to act the way he does because he’s literally portrayed that way from the very first scene of episode one. He’s always been a douchebag.

They tried to do a twist in the plot where Cheon Na Na is the ultimate evil, after having the audience “sympathize” with her over her condition (for Christ sake she has diabetes, a very treatable disease) and her grief over her mom’s death (turns out she’s the most guilty imo), but it feels like the twist failed because I didn’t really sympathize with her from the get go. eeh, Maybe I’m just cold hearted.

I can’t help but feel that the main “villain’s” motivation are either lacking, not well-written or plain ridiculous.

The zombies were enjoyable, and it was good that almost any one could have turned into a zombie.

We agree on the story, but I'm not entirely sure what could be considered a spoiler in my original comment though...

Some of the scenes and dialogue (on episode 4 right now) are definitely the bad kind of campy, and it has nothing to do with the zombies, like the conversations between the detective and the science teacher, the principle and the other teachers, or between the first responder and the congress women and her team... The acting is okay but the storyline so far is severely lacking. The chemistry between the main characters - the two living next door to each other - in term of romance just isn't there for me, and I find the female lead's character annoying to say the least. I do like the class president with the former bully though, but that's just me. The zombies as usual are the best part. I also like that almost any character could die off for once. I hope it gets better.

You can go back and re-watch the scenes, he definitely has the pack on throughout the entire last act, and if you pay close attention when he's laying outside you can see the side of it. The lights in his mask maybe flickering because of the impact, presumably the water pressure threw him very far off...

This was a very enjoyable watch! The pacing was a little odd at times, but nothing you can't get over since the storyline and acting were both great.

Not sure which character you're referring to, but the captain/Gong Yoo for sure put on an oxygen pack before he tried to sacrifice himself, he wasn't dying in that last scene.

I couldn't handle it, and left the last two episodes for the next day!

It's a cute series. So far doesn't really stand out in the GMMTV production line. But worth a watch nonetheless. Also Pat's friends being socially "woke" and at the same time displaying totally toxic behaviors and being aware of it, is hilarious to me!

It happens with most shows. Expect the rating to drop even lower as more people watch and rate it.

Don't binge this drama like I tried to. It'll definitely break your heart.

So exciting, Park Hae Soo was amazing in Prison Playbook. And since crime dramas and thrillers are my favorite genre, plus this is an OCN production its even better!

Female lead nailed it. Main bad nailed it. A little predictable. Writing and plot left something to be desired at times. Particularly as to why and how the female lead decides to change the plan she had been working relentlessly towards for the past 5 years, and subsequently decides to go back to it. That plotline felt too simple, like the writers chose the easiest way on how to deal with that.

I meant on Netflix each episode has a warning before it begins "Rated 16+ for violence, sex, language, substances"

This show and others like it have a "mature content" warning. You should avoid them if this isn't your cup of tea.

Female lead is top notch so far, Han So Hee definite girl crush in this one!

This was adorable.

All in all it was an ok watch. The storyline follows the original almost to a T, with few added details here and there to tie it in for any potential plot holes. What did take getting used to was the slower pace in this one. The original had a considerably faster pace that added a lot to it's comedic elements, which made this remake seem a bit more dramatic, though most of the jokes were the same they didn't land as well because of this.
