How did Jin Buyeon found the ice stone? well she can sense energy, she can see what other cannot. This is why is able to sense the dead bird before her mother did. When no one can find ice stone, Buyeon is able to. One her power to be able to detect energy might have also because she cannot see. Those that are blind have a much better hearing and senses in real life, it applies here too, Buyeon being descendant of Jin family who are powerful mage might now see what regular mage does but she can sense energy therefore she’s able to find the Ice stone.

Jang Uk learns fast it very much said by now, his recent test about the book and Master Lee teaching him about the poem being love letter helps him understand the letter and her feelings.

It’s always the intension, the kiss was only meant for Naksu and to be honest if Mudeok has feelings for him that’s just sad for her

Let’s try to be patient with the growth of Naksu, we literally witness Jang Uk having nothing and every episodes feels like they are testing him. We see Naksu facing challenges that she’s not used to. Our girl would only be powerful from here on. Jang Uk who started at nothing now mastered Ryusu, Naksu who had mastered Chisu went back to 0 and now will work her way up with the new body she has.

Progress is what we need, either their growth or relationship, it will much worth it seeing them grow than an instant OP character.

Jang Uk harem, Naksu reverse harem, whatever mess the love line here, Jang Uk & Naksu are the ones that likes and are falling for each other. Both never shown interest in multiple people to even call it love triangle or whatever shaped.

Naksu had said “I hope he didn’t really believe that” after her straight face i-love-you to Yul just shows Naksu’s feelings. She never had love Yul, she was pretending to help Jang Uk. There’s no childhood sweet heart puppy love history here. Yul may have liked her then but Naksu clearly was there for friendship then felt anger after knowing his name.

Naksu also clearly was just feeding Crown Prince ego to further boost his arrogance and gain favor and keeping him at bay, again to help Jang Uk. She had clearly told him that her loyalty is to Jang Uk.

Jang Uk had cancelled his arrange marriage to Choyeon TWICE, and to add much further damage, he had told Jin Hoyeon how the rumors are true about his father. If that doesn’t tell he isn’t interested the idk how one can show disinterest.

Jang Uk also made it clear to Heo Yun Ok that her beauty doesn’t faze him, and that he’s definitely not interested on her.

“He told everyone that we will be blinded by your beauty. But sadly, I was not.” lol Jang Uk is very straightforward person he will tell you exactly his thoughts are.

Jang Uk had once said to Naksu/Mudeok “You’re eyes are very beautiful” to i meant “You’re eyes are the only ones that is beautiful” he isn’t trying to insult Mudeok here but we know one thing, his interest on her was because she IS Naksu. The blue marks and her Tansu technique had gave away that she was Naksu therefore Jang Uk’s interest on her was not because of her face or physical appearance, it’s because she is Naksu.

Mudeok could become a rival later on, but am I going to be worried Jang Uk will fall for her? nope because Jang Uk fell for Naksu, remember the Mirror of Longing? the mirror of longing has the appearance & memories of Mudeok/Naksu but it can never copy it’s personality, dislikes, likes, everything that made her Naksu. Just like Mudeok can never be Naksu even if she is aware of the memories Uk & Naksu shared.

That is the beauty of this story, it never depicted the others to be rival because one cannot be a rival when the person of interest is never interested.

I disagree in contrary they have to be one of the couples in kdrama that has such a realistic progress of relationship.

They started as alomost enemy with master servant relationship, then they started being protective and sacrificing for one another to benefit both their goal, then progress to master/pupil relationship, to now a much grounded “I’m willing to help you”.

When you are falling for someone, there isn’t such thing as reason to like somebody, you fall for them because every little thing they do touches you, every little thing about them and concerns them you notice too. This is a reality of falling for someone not one single reason.

According to character description release by tvn. The theif pretending to be blind girl is someone Mudeok has saved before and is her friend. We finally got introduced with someone who knows Mudeok so this was another obstacle to Naksu because Naksu does not have memories of Mudeok. Also Mudeok is no longer blind, this will raise suspicion. If either JinMu or Park Jin got knowledge of this it will be a huge trouble to Naksu. We are getting closer to introduction of Mudeok but it is not a good news to Naksu.

Btw I find it hilarious how everyone could come up with ridiculous guess who defeated Gilju and used Tansu when they witness Jang Uk used Tansu? idk if these characters or smart or dumb sometimes, I just want to scratch my head.

haha we do! We watch both kdrama and anime together, then we share theories lol we also have a game who can figure out where we watch the artist before lol

AOS is full of artist we have watched, we actually call Jung So Min “the third” because she was called that in Father is Strange. Jang Uk, Kim Do Ju, Master Lee, Danggu, JinMu are just some of the artist we immediately recognize.

Yul saw Naksu’s body and even took the bird whitsle. He even questioned why would Naksu have it when he remembers who he gave it to, but clearly didn’t remember.

me and my brother just died laughing at Master Lee. his face looks so constipated trying to hold it in, gosh the actor I love him since CLOY to Vincenzo now here, he is so good with his comedic timing

Kdrama logic, grows up and no one will recognize you anymore lol even Yul didn’t recognize Naksu though they met as teenagers. I’ve seen so many idols with their teenage pictures and baby pictures, if they didn’t do plastic surgery they still resemble their chidlhood self.

I cannot like Park Jin for some reason, he is unbelievable stone hearted, not evil but just a guy that thinks his ways are always right

Just want to remind everyone, we have entered a new chapter and era for the show. We see Mudeok hairstyle to be different now. This set a new chapter rolling.

Chapter 1 was Jang Uk’s journey to enter Songrim and begnning of our couple’s relationship.

Chapter 2 is going to be their journey to find themselves and their growing affection. Jang Uk will now be a songrim student, along with Mudeok being songrim servant and maybe more. Mudeok was revealed to have immense prower, Naksu was able to access a bit of her power inside Jinyowon. Someone who knows mudeok appears.

The pace for this episode might seem slow but we just start gearing up for the new chapter, a warm up, the momentum will continue from here.

I have been following this drama since the news last year, they have managed to conceal the story and even the female lead that replaced the rookie, it wasn’t till March of 2022 til the news of Jung Somin went out, she was able to film half of the show already, so how come they are not able to do it this time? it’s not overestimating them because they have done it before and many more are able to.

their PR team didn’t do a great job concealing the info, such news wouldn’t even get leaked if no insider has tattle tale, for now all they can do was say they cannot confirm as to cost spoiler, unfortunately it already did the damage

I just want to say whoever revealed this info or if ever the PR staff of the show knew the news is coming out, it’s incredibly dumb to release the info when the show is currently airing.

Fans of the show are gonna react because that’s human nature, we are incredibly attached to each one of the cast right now esp main leads, they should have waited till season 1 was done before annnouncing anything.

I will still continue watching because I love the story so far (including the cast) and nothing is gonna change, now depending on how I feel about the overall story of season 1, that’s when I will decide if I will continue season 2. I hope they can properly wrap the season 1 and not relay on season 2 though.

Not a lot of people talking about it but when Naksu thought that Jang Uk went to Gilju’s body and seems like he died, her panic and desparate call to his name, her anger towards Gilju ready to kill him, in her hysteria, Jang Uk had to shake her telling her to look at him, then her recognizing the way he looks at her, when she urgently hugged him with all her might and cried in relief, it was that moment we know, our girl fell in love. The whole scene was so beautiful i just cried along with her.

(Jung So Min had nailed this scene and she made Naksu seems like it was written for her, stunning work, her and Jae Wook absolutely balance each other, chemistry, acting, their microexpressions are so evident, their emotions, so delightful to watch)

I love them so much! Next week we will get to see Jang Uk officially entering Songrim’s Jeongjingak, being in boarding school he will be away from Mudeok and both would feel the seperation. Jang Uk seems to have sneaked out of the school to see Mudeokie and her promising that she will go to him. Naksu/Mudeok will go to such length taking exam at Jeongjingak and be like a worker/servant at school just so she can be with Jang Uk. Idk about you guys but that’s love.

Can we fast forward to saturday please? I cannot wait!!!
