Finale: The best, most affecting, and realistic acting in the entire show came from nephew Ryuto at the restaurant table, in the last five minutes. Kuji and Azuma, on the other hand, managed to make career success, romantic clarity, a long overdue sex scene, and the sharing of a house key...dull.
"Here...I want you to have this house key so you can come and go as you please...BUT...you have to call me ahead of time when you come over." CLASSIC, passive-aggressive, yes/no, push/pull, give something/take away something Kuji.
To any objective viewer, Kuji is a bit of an asshole. He is so repressed and un-giving, that many viewers react to the slightest sign of humanity from him as though he's the most generous dude on the planet.
Recommended viewing, but only for those who find codependent, emotionally abusive relationships in which one partner is passive-aggressive af, to be healthy, and worthy of envy. Oh, and also...boring.

Finale: I never dreamed when I started watching this charmingly smutty little show that it would end with one of the most tender love scenes in BL history. I spent most of the episode misty-eyed and goose-bumpy.
The ending was sweet, but I was liking the idea of a second season in which they'd navigate the perils and drama of a long-distance relationship, only to end up happily ever after.
Sigh...I am deeply unhappy to see this one leave my "currently watching" list. :(

At this point, it's simply expected that once every six months or so, we'll get another entertainer dying by suicide in Asia, usually Korea. If you're claiming to be shocked, you're part of the problem.
