I'm one of those few who enjoys dark themed BLs and this one is no exception. I will take a dark romance over…
I'm with you. There are a lot more of us dark story lovers on MDL than you think. Most don't comment for fear of being swarmed by 13-year-old MDL Church Girls and moral scolds.
Check this out. Ayden Sng is not only an actor, but a fine musician.
See him performing on the Erdu, a traditional two-stringed Chinese instrument (often called the "Chinese violin"), which is his signature instrument. Trust me, it's stunning. Ayden also plays the violin and piano.
we really can't dictate what people enjoy. the bl viewers on here (and in general) definitely prefer light romcoms…
Google AI says (so take with a grain of salt): The core demographic of kisskh spans a younger to early-middle-age audience. Traffic analytics indicate that the user base is predominantly between the ages of 18 and 34, with a significant portion of members falling into the 16-25 age bracket. Additionally, the community is heavily female-skewed, typically representing roughly 58% to 60% of total viewers.
The upshot camera angles on Fourth's face/chest during episode 3's ultimate scene were stunning. I had pegged Gemini as the slightly better actor so far. Wrong.
Yes!! ITSAY/IPYTM are forever my number one but TTH today destroyed me like no BL has in a long time. Duang With…
To me, ITSAY/IPYTM are cinematic in feel, from acting to direction to production to music.
TTH's acting, particularly from the leads, is cinema-worthy, but a lot of other elements are not, such as the unending music cues to tell me what to feel in almost every moment. That bouncy/silly music that means we're about to get adorable/fun, in particular, drives me up the wall. :)
Also, there BL tropes and cliches here that I could have done without.
Episode 3: Wow. I haven't cried like this over a BL in a long time, and almost never over a Thai BL, since ITSAY/IPYTM. Near the end, I was sitting here, hands clasped over my mouth, tears streaming down my face.
This is phenomenal acting from both leads. Mature, restrained, subtle...real...I'm nearly speechless. I am rarely speechless.
This show touches me deeply, given the subject matter and my own youth in similar circumstances. That it's presented with such beauty and depth makes it that much more painful and wonderful to watch.
I'm not going to read through comments until later. I'm too raw, and I want to keep this feeling to myself for a while. :)

Please, keep them coming. :)
Well, you certainly sound 13. :)
Does your mom know you watch shows about gay boys who put their wienies in other gay boys' butts?
ITSAY is damn near perfect.

MDL is crawling with them.
I was considering watching this, but I'll pass.
I like deep, dark, and layered, not fluffy.

Kudos to Gemini and Fourth.
