Don't judge a book by its cover. And forget the rating on MDL, most of series of COPY A BANGKOK are low rating…
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...? The "NC," otherwise known as sex scenes, are the only conceivable reason to watch this. The "plot," of which you speak, is an abomination against god and the universe.
And what is the "cover" you are warning people not to judge this "book" by?
If I want porn, I know where to find the real thing done right, and without all the horrible acting, fake grindings and gruntings, and hilariously bad plot/music/casting this thing flogs me with. Oh, also without the vague but persistent vibe that I'm watching ten-year-olds act out what they think they heard their mom/dad, mom/mom, dad/dad doing through the wall late one night.
what the actual fuck is wrong with you? do you even hear yourself? implying that women who report sexual assault…
Oh look...more hysterical obscenities and insults from someone unable to coherently, rationally, and calmly express their opinion. Because, when your position is lame, cliche expressions of outrage are the fallback tactic.
I don't care what "disgusts" you. And I'm not concerned about a person who considers an (alleged) touch to their thigh a life-altering "sexual assault." I'm much more concerned about women who are ACTUALLY sexually assaulted. People like you and the person who brought charges against KK demean and belittle the pain and anguish experienced by women who experience for-real sexual assault. You treat women as helpless, weak, children and it sucks that you do that.
Incidentally, there are countless, documented cases of women "dreaming up" sexual assaults and making false accusations for any number of reasons. That is why these things called "evidence" and "proof" used to be required in court.
I think your comments are "vile." Sue me. Your concern with my possession of a penis or a vagina is amusing, in that it frees me to chalk up your embarrassingly self-righteous hysteria to the fact that you (presumably) possess the latter. "Oh, never mind her, she's just a woman doing what overly emotional, silly women do." See how that cuts both ways?
didnt i fight with u in the our youth comment section for defending kk guy for his sa and saying that people are…
Oh, I don't know, perhaps I haven't been banned because I didn't say any of those things. Learn to paraphrase accurately, please. Thankfully, MDL doesn't generally ban people just because they disagree with YOU. And no, I don't remember you. I reserve space in my head for those worthy of occupying it.
As always, you have nothing useful to add in support of your position, so you go for personal insults and cliche denunciations of my character. Lame.
I think I'll ask MDL to ban you, out of a general desire to improve the quality of commenters here.
I know it’s a week later, but I’m pretty sure the brother Kiiri Keito hired the guy to murder his adopted…
It will be interesting to see how things wrap up. I was not surprised the daddy-issue brother was named the heir, just out of a plot-surprise perspective. And now, he's not even happy about that. Yes, he had issues for sure, but from the flashbacks, it seemed he had damn good reason to have them.
I find it annoying when people treat their children poorly, but then the kids are expected to get over it because others say "oh, he loved you very much. He was just tough." Well, from flashbacks, I have to ask, "Then, why wasn't he tough on Kataoka too?" The dad was shown being expansively kind to KK but dismissive of Keito. It's natural to be resentful of that.
How is it possible to credibly rate a show a 10, or anything else really, after seeing 10% of its run time?"masterpiece!!!"…
Well, I assumed it to be YOUR opinion, since it was in YOUR comment. That's beside the point, though. When everything is a "masterpiece," nothing is a masterpiece. This individual episode, however, is definitely at least a 9/10.
I know it’s a week later, but I’m pretty sure the brother Kiiri Keito hired the guy to murder his adopted…
It's the WAY he stood off to the side, comically making it obvious to everyone that he DID hire the assassin, which I don't think was his intention. Remember, all the Yakuza dudes were trying to stop the shooter. Wouldn't they find KK's indifferent observation-ist stance a tad suspicious?
Up until just after halfway through, I thought this was going to be far better than season 2, if not as good as season 1. But then, pretty quickly, it all fell apart and became stupid and boring.
The only possibly interesting pairing was Mob and Hatano, but the script went PC and avoided the age-gap relationship, presumably because the MDL Little Girls would come unglued in comments and down-rate the show. Mob and Hatano had some serious chemistry. That Hatano actor is good. After that, there was no focus, and lots of time was wasted on inconsequential filler like the little brother's Cinderella school play. Seriously, who cares about that?
Things got funny when Mob would become evil/deranged/conniving, but those moments were over almost before they began.
I kept hoping Kikuchi (why was he in the opening credits dance, which was the best part of the show, as it was in prior seasons?) would reappear, but that didn't happen, and then the whole thing just sort of slowly petered out.
Fiiiiiiiiiiiinally made it through episode 4, after starting a few times and giving up out of self-embarrassment. :) This thing is just so bad, but kind of amusingly so. It's that thing where I can't quite believe someone actually, intentionally made this, then watched it, and said, "yeah, this is great, let's release it!" hahaha
Why do these stupid characters hire hookers and then expect them to be their love-dovey boyfriends? Watching them cry and wail while beating the chests of hustlers for doing what hustlers do, is a highlight of the show, though not in the way intended.
I'm skipping more rapidly now, as the sex scenes, though coming more frequently, are also more ridiculous and less convincing. When actors are pretending to butt f**k, but both have on their undies and their body parts are nowhere close enough or in the proper position for penetration, it makes me laugh, not get turned on.
But, judging from over 21,000 comments here, a lot of MDLers think they're watching the real thing.
I'm convinced most of the cast are virgins. Their body movements and sex faces are nowhere near realistic, though some more than others. The director should be flogged, both for bad sex scenes and hilariously bad emotional scenes.
Damn, KaowOat Supasin is fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine. He might be a good actor too. Who knows? The direction is so bad, it's impossible to know what any of these guys might do if they had some help from the person who is supposed to be guiding them.
And WHY is the dialogue delivered so ever-lovingly slowly. Ten-minute pauses between lines is just not the way real people talk. And WHY is the music so over-the-top loud, with chanting and electronic shit going off all the time? lol It's like something out of a sci-fi movie, times 100. And WHY are all the hustlers' johns young and hot? IRL, they are much older and often ugly. And WHY was that actor cast as the lead role, Zhooey or Hooey or Looey or whatever the fuck, when he is silly-looking, has no screen presence, and can't act to save his life?
Wow. I cried at the ending. Exceptional acting, that lifted this little series far above its cliche script.
I'm glad JH came to his senses and had the humility to admit he was wrong and ask forgiveness. So often, that's all it takes. However, setting aside one's pride and doing it is more than a lot of people can manage. That said, it wouldn't be a bad idea to take some time apart and come back to each other for that "fresh start" at a later, fixed date.
And it's boring from a dramatic perspective, but as with most relationships, some couple's counseling would be a great idea. :)
FUck nah. I don't see the appeal of this at all. The story is bad and the acting is too new. It felt like they…
lol Love the way you expressed this, even though I disagree. The acting here is far better than in 90% of full-budget BLs. I cried at the end. Shoot me. :D
If feeling is lost then how the fuck it can be regain again? Feelings can't be regain. Actually if be in relationship…
I'm sorry for your former rough time. I have experienced the same. I tried to hold on, but all that did was make things worse and make me more pathetic.
However, that is not what is going on here. U Jin, the apparently younger one, DID stop trying to hold on; he's the one who finally said, "let's stop." In response, Jae Hyeon, who it seemed had lost that love feeling, has realized he still DOES love U Jin, but has been taking their relationship for granted and has stopped expressing that love. He is clearly trying to correct that mistake now. If you've watched thru episode 3, you have seen this all take place.
On edit: Just watched episode 4. The dialogue came almost word-for-word from what I wrote above. Just because you and I had to let go of relationships that were truly over, doesn't mean every relationship that gets to that point ends in the same way.
The fact that u rather choose to blame the victim than holding your so called fave accountable says a lot about…
Where did I say KK was my "fave," "so called" or otherwise? The fact that you think a "touch" is worthy of all this hoopla says a lot about YOU.
Work on how to use Internet lingo. The "pick me bitch" here is the fujoshi gold digger who decided to make a felony accusation based on an alleged "touch." She now has gotten all the attention she dreamed of, as well as the $$$ she'll no doubt sue KK for later on.
yeah, no sympathy here if he really did it even “just” a thigh its still crossing a line. doesn’t matter…
Nah, see yours is exactly the kind of thinking that is the problem. I don't need your lectures. I know way more than I ever wanted to about current fantasies of what constitutes "consent" and "sexual assault."
What I'm hearing is this thigh-touch crime depends entirely on whether or not some chick who goes out boozing with an idol decides after the fact that she now has an opportunity to get some attention and score some big bucks. In other words, there is no objectively defined crime here, as a stabbing would be, but one that can be invented after the fact. And that, my friend, is BS of the stinkiest kind.
When a "touch," if it happened, results in arrests, very expensive police and prosecutor time, costly court time, and a young person's life being destroyed, things are way out of whack. And the evidence? An accusation, nothing more. From what you say, once the alleged "touch" occurred, KK might as well have gone ahead and banged her, whether or not she objected. I mean, it's all "sexual assault," am I right?
There is no gray area now, and the universe is made entirely of grays. A "touch" is a life-destroying sexual assault, because it's black/white. Insane.
Your perspective regards women as dumb, little babies who need our constant supervision lest someone touch their thigh and send them into a mental hospital with trauma and PTSD for life. It's insulting to women and it's absurd.
The "NC," otherwise known as sex scenes, are the only conceivable reason to watch this. The "plot," of which you speak, is an abomination against god and the universe.

Just unbelievably, god-awful, embarrassing, etc.
Dropped. 1/10

Get a grip.

Some clunky writing there.

"masterpiece!!!" Wow, no one's ever used that term on MDL before.
No? Oh well...

Fail.
6.5/10
