I think the "Is your health alright?" line is suppose to imply the NC part lol But only those who read the Manga…
I don't read the manga, but I can guess that it's a very polite version of "does your butt still hurt?", since Yuuki isn't shown to be sick in any way.
Also sad Bas is sad :( . But thankfully they dealt with it quickly so I don't think we'll have to see sad Bas again.
By the way, what is the paper that Teh was sniffing/kissing in his room? I feel like it has an important meaning.
