Sorry to say..but Indian dramas are not very good..however films are..
I guess it"s a matter of taste. Although there have been some good ones... Love Me If You Dare, Shan Shan Comes to Eat, and When a Snail Falls in Love come immediately to mind. I don't really care for most of the Chinese dramas that have been coming out lately (too much censorship for my taste) but some people love them. Films are a part our list too. I think adding India to the countries on MDL would be cool. lol

Title Live Up to Your Name Spoiler
I had no problems with the ending. He had to go back to keep the historical time line. after he did all that... saved the people on the battlefield during the war, healed the King and wrote his medical books, he had done everything he was supposed to do, so at the moment of his death in Joseon, his heart leads him to the one he loves and wants to be with... sort of like a gift or reward he wasn't expecting, but now he gets to stay in our current time line and live out the rest of his life. It wasn't the best ending, but because it's Kim Nam Gil, I take it and be happy. Those of you who are fans of Nam Gil know what I mean... I swear the only reason he took the role was because got to die so many times in this drama! LOL

Since the manga isn't over yet, How does this end? Is it left open or is it an alternate ending?
It looks like it's left open, with the possibility of a part 2.

If anyone knows where I can read an English translation of this book, please let me know... I just watched this on kissasian. It was really good, but I have some questions and I'm hope the book will answer them.

Who is chihiro's dad, after all?? My assumption is Tanaka though.
It depends, do you believe the mother, or the brother and the sister? It's a fact that she allowed her children to be abused and did nothing about it, so without reading the book, I don't know.

I found myself, wanting to see only one couple.Yu Na and Yeong Jun, as I did see chemistry with them, the other…
The problem with Yu Na's marriage was that they were in debt and she felt guilty about it because it her family that was causing the problem. That turned her into a workaholic, which stressed her out even more and made her resentful of her husband because he never got angry at her for it. Min Jae, on the other hand is tired of having to cater to the roller coaster of emotions that his wife presents, so a calm even tempered Seo Yeo seems like an oasis to him.

Min Jae and Yu Na both have a well paying jobs, but they are in debt because of Yu Na's family. Yu Na was giving Min Jae an allowance because their money was pooled. And let's get real, a bamboo birdcage in Hong Kong probably cost about 10 dollars.

I just rewatched this movie. A good enough movie. You might think it's a skin movie, definite R rating, but…
I've thought about it, and I didn't get the impression that Yu Na and Young Jun actually "sealed the deal" so to speak. It was what made the movie interesting. Out of the 4 people the two who, when you are first introduced to them, you would "think" would cross the line don't because the 'sexy" wife is the one who says, "No, I may be attracted and have feelings for you, but in the end I can't do that to my husband.". Even after she finds out about his affair, she's hoping to save her marriage, and you could see the real hurt in her eyes when she saw that her husband had chosen to save the other woman.

This one wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The story had potential, but there were some things that were just too silly. One was Kevin the sleaze bag, they tried to present him as this irresistible playboy type.yeah right. Yuck, Another was Momoko who was supposed to be a stalker chic but who actually gave off a protective older sister vibe for some reason.Another weird thing was that she supposedly grew up in Japan, but never once spoke Japanese. LOL On the plus side Golf is a good actor, he's very natural on screen, and he had great chemistry with his leading lady. Too bad there were only 3 kisses.

Title No Breathing Spoiler
I wanted to like this movie. It has two of my favorite actors and the idea was pretty good. I agree with most of the comments here. The girl didn't need to be there, in fact that part distracted from what I thought was the more interesting part of the story about natural talent vs hard work. Also, there is no way a coach or team mates would allow the type of violence that was being showed, but it's a movie....so. I thought the story would have been better if they had ended it with them breaking the Korean speed record, and making the Olympic team. I mean seriously, Michele Phelps was still racing at the time!

Here's a heads up people: THE BOOK IS ALWAYS BETTER!!!! I'm a reader myself, and I have learned the hard way; READ THE BOOK AFTER THE DRAMA... that way you can enjoy the drama, if it was any good, and enjoy the book. Trust me it works much better this way. LOL

The only reason I managed to complete Bride of Habeak was because I'm stubborn. The story was choppy the female lead was unlikable for most of the drama, and I didn't really see much chemistry. Goblin on the other hand, had a story you could follow and characters you could route for... for me Goblin wins hands down!
