I dropped it because the approach to psychology and mental health was f'ing dumb and detestable. Shame, because I really fell for the leading lady in the first episode. It was nice seeing a single mother as a romantic lead.
There's no such thing as true love and meant to be. Like there's no such thing as blood thicker than water. Any and every kind of relationship takes effort and sacrifice. The lack of realism is one reason as to why I dislike K-drama.
