That's why I'm hoping the next one he chooses is a modern one. He actually does shine in modern ones a lot too but he rarely takes them. Even a modern comedy script would be nice.

Can he please just choose a modern drama script next??
Literally 5 historical dramas lined up and one 90's suspense.... So can we please get some other genre?

It successfully hurt my stomach and throat from all that laughing! Really really fun! Totally recommended!
Even if you don't like short drama actors that much, I assure you that you will like each one of them after watching this. I liked a lot of actors before but after watching this I found that they are even more fun and youthful.

I felt so alive watching this.....I don't remember the last time I laughed this much.

I'm glad that at least there is gonna be a season 2.... And I hope they keep the original cast while bringing more friends to the family.

Obviously I would still support Neo and Aimi since they both deserve it. They are good actors. It's only this drama that is uncomfortable on a lot of levels.
Whatever you say, but the director will stay weird for me now. An adult should take responsibility for what they say and act. He should've given it a thought before speaking those damned lines

Also, I can't stop thinking and feeling weird about what the director said.

They alter so much of the adapted script anyway.... The could easily do that in an original one too. All this controversy wouldn't have happened. And even the viewers wouldn't have felt weird and inappropriate while watching the drama.
I haven't started this drama bcuz I can't bring myself to choose what to do. But I've seen a lots of clips (all of them were non intimate) and I started liking the drama from those very clips. So as a matter of fact, both actors are doing an amazing job and it could've worked with a mild or non-romance script too, it would still have been enjoyable

I heard in an interview where director was clearly spewing nonsense to range fans atp. He said "At some point I thought they (the leads) really had feelings for each other"😭

She's getting her big break so ofc she would want to join whichever big project she can get. But at least if they have some sensibility, they would've cancelled the romantic stuff of intimacy level to pure affection level and then in later projects paired her with actors appropriate to her age.

Ikr but she has already signed up a lot of dramas at this age already. Although she would be an adult by then but just by having your 18th birthday doesn't make you an adult in reality. She will still be a young adult but all her pairings are with really old people. More than 9-10 yrs.

I think it's very exploitative of the industry on her.

ik it may sound really weird to a lot of people rn.....But I personally wish them to play siblings together in some new project in future. I think their sibling chemistry is also there and they can execute that charm very well.
It would be fun to see a new dynamic and dimension to their chemistry...why limit it to only romance?

A really talented budding actor I must say.....He has a real nice stage presence and acting skills.

Considering what he has shown until now....he can easily act in a school romance, slice of life, sports, adventure, comedy, historical genre any day. I hope he take various diverse genres as his next projects rather than sticking to a single genre bcuz he has a lot to show and it can't go to waste on a single genre.

you can see him getting immersed so flexibly and easily into being a jolly boy to a serious person, in a fraction of seconds.

i get you and maybe that's why I feel not so immersed in this story/drama. It's like his whole life revolves around FL whereas he should be doing some of his own stuff too considering he has lots on his plate like finding the person who poisoned him and protecting the court from treacherous people secretly. ML has literally made it all seem like a joke, which is pissing me off in a really bad way.
I was excited to see Heyu and waited long for this drama, but maybe not anymore.

It's even more of a star-studded cast than I imagined!! Even the smallest, insignificant roles or cameos are all famous people having their own dramas where they are main leads

It was good but not extraordinary......From the start I kinda knew what was actually happening behind all the delusions he created so it was quite predictable, but maybe not for everyone considering how people were still shocked to see the plot twist.
He was totally out to get the professor from the start. Also,It became more and more evident to me that he was fabricating everything, the further the story progressed.

If you carefully take a moment to analyse, you'll realise that he never got involved in the KIM family's whole tragedy that he wrote except for one time when he admitted to putting the scarf in the housekeeper's bag. Which shows that although he seemed heavily involved into the whole tragedy, he was actually not involved at all. He was only fooling the viewers. He did not create alterations and he did not became the reason at any point in the story where things went the way they went. Because the sole destruction of KIM family was the plagiarism and any events surrounding that had no hand of Lee Kang at all into making the truth being discovered by the whole family, eventually leading to their death (supposedly).

Why is it evident that he was out to get the professor?

Because everything he did rather led to the destruction of professor's whole life. Where every gradual event was supposed to be a strike at KIM family, it was in reality, being a strike towards the professor. It was not just how he made prof. lose his mind but was predominantly how he was silently breaking his life, his career, his family relations until nothing more is left. He gradually hooked the prof. into doing things which will slowly destruct his life in the name of writing a masterpiece. His intention was never to write a story, he was not interested in the slightest, all he wanted to do was to bring the prof. closer to the trap he had carefully crafted.

Why I could spot it and how you could have done too?

Rather than focusing on what is being told and taught to you, what the other person wants to express to you.....you need to question every single action and intention that is surrounding it.
Rather than believing what seems to be happening , you need to look closely and see what is actually happening. This is important in today's world where truth is often far away.

To illustrate this, if I tell you right now to look around in your surroundings for 1 minute and note all the red-coloured things in your head. Now I ask you to close your eyes and tell me....what was the closest green-coloured thing lying around you? You won't be able to answer because, I shifted your whole focus on the red and you forgot that you had to analyse every part, every action and every intention.

you have every right to do so without feeling guilty or explaining it. We're here to enjoy stuff after having a tough day. We can't just watch anything despite not liking it just because it's from our fav or not. We like what we like.

for me, my first dramas of her were the very old ones like-my amazing boyfriend 2 and I've fallen for you. And I absolutely used to detest her acting and her voice both.
I still gave her chances after that because the storylines seemed interesting but it was only after moonlight that my stance towards her changed a lot. And moonlight also revealed the fact that she's continuously growing and improving with every project.
Although her voice may still bother lots of people, I believe that her acting has become quite good now. Even if it's a bit exaggerated, but you can find yourself relating to her actions.

People should really give her a chance and try a different POV while watching her
