It's a things you can captured in screenshot but they don't valued the time the designer used to conceptualize that. TV show falls under the commercialization, that's why brand paid to be in the show and how product placement is a things. It's not vlog with random background design in a shop, this is a tv production. The design is a commercial product as it's copyrighted and have been sold in fashion show, it can be a different matter if it just shows on social media as "blue print" or "idea" but this is the final product already. I am not sure why you want to explain a long paragraph about this but the production team is at fault as the show centered the main character in fashion industry yet doesn't check the design in their show.

It reminds me that sometimes you watch a drama do their "winning moment/scene" but you just can't buy what they show because it feels like they feed you the narrative of "genius designer", "genius inventor", "solved the problem well" but you can see with your own observation that it's not that good. I think it's better if they used like already known design but then asked for permission to use it so it can be used in the storyline. A look can be new but bad, another can be being familiar but great. imo this is because the start of webtoon adaptation and in the webtoon genre, the reincarnation to past life is literally a genre on its own. If you go to the most popular revenge stories it's all going back to the past ala perfect marriage revenge and marry my husband, they all work in the same first episode, almost all of them. The funny things is my demon is the only one of the example above that start with the drama, it doesn't have webtoon or original work before but I see that they start making the webtoon based on the drama.
What about reincarnated characters that fall for someone different in their new life? - This is actually what happen on the webtoon of See you in my 19th life, the whole fist life reincarnated trope is drama-only. This was actually why the webtoon is so popular because it defies the first love story. This is when the drama fumble the bag imo.
