They're already calling him with both. As you said, in the early episodes he's more frequently called as Lee Hyun. I reckon it's not acceptable to call the royals' name so casually and Birth Name is very private/special/sacred, especially to royals. So people in general usually call him by the title, Prince Jae Hyun because it's more formal and respectful to him.

Well rowoon is that tall and Park eun bin is asian so my guess is that she's only around mid 160cm.
It's no wonder that the other characters think she's womanly lmao

Lee Hyun is his birth name while Prince Jae Hyun is his title as a prince. He is also minister of rites, I believe. People in historical dramas usually have multiple names assigned to them. If anyone has learnt about this more, feel free to correct me

I see, I tend to avoid trailers cuz they spoil too much. And they put unrealistic expectation (those dramas which trailer is action/thriller but the drama is romance/fluff). Yeah, there are that kind of dramas for me too, the ones that I wait for a long time.
