The Dried Squid Fair says in the preview that everything that happened in Flower is repeating in Secret. My guess is that some characters became self-aware in Flower and tried to overthrow the writer, so in revenge the writer made it a tragedy and killed everyone.
My other theory is that the writer left Flower unfinished because she gave up on the characters that were acting on their own. So they're either forever stuck in a loop until the point the writer left off, or they're forever stuck at that point. It would be an unending horror if you were aware.

I mean that since the acronym kkk/KKK stands for Ku Klux Klan, many people will misunderstand and think you're a white supremacist and/or Nazi. It's kind of jarring to associate the KKK with kdramas too, more so if it's plastered across the front page.
