When I first started to watch this drama, I thought the male lead is going to be the writer and I actually thought…
Haru being the writer is very far fetched tbh, it's more likely that it's Baek Kyung's brother like a lot of people suspect. It's really fun to cook up reasons why Haru could be the writer though. At least it's something to pass the time (hell) until it's Wednesday again
Bored theory time to tide you over till Wednesday.
Here's another reason why Haru could be the writer: Dried Squid Fairy knows he's the writer, which would explain why he either hates or is afraid of Haru. More importantly, it explains why he's never tried to harm Haru even though the sinister music that plays during DSF's scenes makes it clear he's dangerous. If you kill the writer, do you kill the comic world? Something like that?
Bonus: Haru is the only person whose actions DSF has made an effort to control besides Dan Oh's. Dan Oh was relentless in trying to change the story, so who else to stop her other than the writer (Haru)?
I think what is repeating word by word is stage part of old manhwa, but at the same time, characters of Haru and…
Actually, I think what is repeating is the stage of the old story in the shadow of the current story. That is why Dried Squid Fairy is so worried. If the old story ended in tragedy because the characters rebelled, how much angrier will the writer be when they realize the same characters are changing the story, *again*?
I’m so confused is there 32 episodes or 16 episodes?
It's either 32 episodes that are 30 mins long or 16 episodes that are 1 hour long. I don't know why recently networks have been splitting dramas like this but you're not the only one confused @_@
Hear me out. It would explain why he's the only one who can change the story. He isn't aware he's the author because he's only part of the writer's consciousness who somehow became a character trapped in this story (including the story from the past).
It would also explain why he was the first person to have some self-awareness. I know that Dried Squid Fairy & Dan Oh were the first to become aware, but it's implied in early episodes that Haru had a sense of himself whilst not being entirely self-aware before them. He's part of the writer, so of course he would want to influence events and change the story as soon as possible.
Plus, Dried Squid Fairy said that even the scenes that were changed were still written by the author, which makes sense because even if Haru exerted his influence, they were still the author's (and his own) intentions.
It does have a love triangle- just very subtle for now. I do think it will be more prominent in the future episodes,…
I would call it unsubtle, actually. The love triangle is only a love triangle because one of the male leads keeps forcing his feelings on the female lead who rejects him every time.
Do you guys know any dramas like this? Something fresh and captivating with romance of course. Completed or airing,…
Though they're different genres all of these are connected by romance ^^ Personally I found them fresh and captivating and I hope you do too
