A minor quibble, but I'd recommend removing the exclamation mark at the end of the article title. It could mistakenly comes across as excitement/happiness and that's just not right in light of the content :(

I feel for Baek but he's still an asshole imo
Not sure if this is 100% true since I was spoiled, but apparently when Baek becomes self-aware in the webtoon he still treats her the same. What a shitbag. I hope the show takes a different route especially since they've already changed major (and minor) story elements.

If it was, why did Dried Squid Fairy warn her away from it? My theory is that they can't survive in the real world because they're imaginary characters. Maybe they cease to exist the moment they cross over or something.

Totally digressing here, but maybe Dried Squid Fairy found this out the hard way when a friend of his tried to go through the hole and never came back. Maybe it's not that it's dangerous, just that you can't be sure what the hell is going to happen to you if you go through, and that's why it's safer to stay in the comic world.
