Maybe its just me, while PSH is pretty. She's not some goddess or omg levels of beauty imo. I think her and CSW are well matched the more that I think about it. Plus, in this show, he actually looks more fresh and livelier. I'm also in the same boat as you lol, I prefer older actors!! The old generation had more manlier/masculine faces (2000s era) than this era rn.

Say it LOUDER!!! I think he's boyishly handsome, of course he's aged duh?! But I still think due to his talent/charm, that he wins you over with that. He seldom does dramas and/or close together, so this is a nice treat for us fans :)

Isn't it funny how the ML doesn't even ask about his bodyguard since he got shot lol? I mean before Seo-hae was protecting him, his bodyguard was! I notice a lot of the supporting cast haven't been as well utilized (yet?), so I do hope we can see some familiar faces back again.

Seo-hae's father Kim Jong Tae is 5 yrs older than Cho Seung Woo in real life. Lol, but at the same time must be funny/strange having your partner who is only 5 yrs younger than the person playing your dad in the show?

Aww, that'll be such a bummer tbh. I feel like our good guys are racking up more villains than allies. So I hope that's not the case here. I wouldn't be shocked though. It was nice to see him back though! The bodyguard should also make a come-back too, like what happened to him?!

There was a casting notice last week, where Sun's sister was cast in the show. And it said, she's going to help Seo-hae in the cause of her mission. So from that, it implied to me that those are her allies. I mean, our good guys also need allies too!

This show was supposed to be 20 episodes back in 2016 for SBS, and cut back to 16 when this moved to JTBC in 2019.

Right that poor actor! He was in Ep 1-3, and never was to be seen again. I do notice other than our FL/ML, every other character is residing in the background lol. Altho Sun popping up again was awesome!

What I do worry is when shows keep introducing more mysteries/?'s but don't have enough time to properly explain them all. This was originally a 20 episode show so I really hope w/ new explanations being revealed now that it goes back on track and finish strong!!

I hear time loop a lot as well. Maybe SH can slow down time? I do hope we get more explanation on that soon, b/c I feel like is this is a time loop or parallel universe? And if it's a parallel universe, does it affect the worlds, and in what way? Confusing lol. I prefer this to be a time loop, which would fit w/ Sisyphus which is about going back/back again to do a simple task only to fail over/over again.

IA btw! "I think the problem with the first 4 eps was that they introduced too many mysteries and questions and jumped right into action." Exactly my thoughts as well! Ep 1-4 could've been condensed into Ep 1-3, and Ep 4 delved more into the mythologies of the show.

Also Tae Sun (His missing brother) seems like a plot device tbh. And the bodyguard, what happened to him?!

I hope this show does finish strong, as it was a hefty production and its trying to do something new as well. Here's to that, I say!!

Honestly, the aspect that's my favorite part of this show are Tae Sul and Seo Hae's relationship. He respects her, treats her well, and she listens and protects him too. They've a sweet/lovely thing going on. And PSH/CSW surprisingly have sweet/lovely chemistry together.

He's cute right? I like him in this role, I found him endearing.

Ryu Deok Hwan and Cho Seung Woo were cast in a film as brothers lol. But yes all three of these guys should be cast as triplets in a film or series!!!

Ikr? Thank you for stating the obvious. Plus with two distinct male leads, you need a distinct female lead as well. Or else she would blend into the background, so I'm here for it!

Whereas with the FL and Taceyeon (Hearts but pointing towards her) which implies he has a one sided crush on her. I prefer Vincenzo and Cha Young to consider dating towards the end of the show. I think that would be much better.

It could go the way of The Fiery Priest, with only hints towards the romance instead of fully going into it.

Right? Signal wasn't pre-produced unlike this one was. But that PD did My Mister as well, so his track record is way better than this PD. Altho Master's Sun was great! I don't mind Signal, b/c the tone/cinematography was spot on and there was no clunky CGI to detract from the original story. I just hope going forward, this show stops going towards the action route and more into the story/mystery/characters. Or else, its going to lose its Korean audience (which is where JTBC is most concerned about since its their big budgeted anniversary special).
