Lol, I just think PSH's ok. Like everyone has different taste lol. She has an everyday girl next door vibe, which isn't threatening which helps her be cast in roles where she has to be an ordinary student/worker. Plus, I found her acting to be one-note (Expression Wise) which doesn't help lol. Just my opinion folks! There's I'm sure other peeps who are beloved that I like, that others don't and that's ok!

She's pretty, but not like OMG Goddess levels. She has a girl next door vibe, and isn't intimating looking. I like that she has a cleft chin, a bit of a bump on her nose bridge, and eye bags b/c they give her some reliability.

I think the Drama Gods had to sacrifice one player in order to get Seo Ye Ji and Kim Nam Gil together. Pretty much on PSH. I'm neutral on her. Find her to have the same wide eyed/open mouthed expression. She has a cleft chin and under bags which give her some distinct traits. I think she looks her age, and CSW looks a bit younger here so it works plus she's 31 so its fine, if this was 20s, then nope.
