her family is so lovely it's easy and understandable to lose your shit if that situation happened but they know she would be beating herself up over it and so they didn't want to it make worse đĨš
when he was looking at the red packet she gave him... you could really feel all the emotions that's being released from deep inside him. like suddenly breathing in your first breath of fresh air after being suffocated for so long. i wasn't sure that czy would pull off the role. i'm a fan! so it's not about thinking he wouldn't pull it off but rather the feeling that djx in the novel has a different, more mature vibe but he's absolutely killing it so far.
i enjoyed the first 4 episodes! i'm not one to compare drama to novels that much despite loving them and so i was prepared for changes but i'm very surprised and impressed how well they've adapted it. of course aside the relationship between the leads, my favourite dynamic is the siblings. always fighting but still loving and caring about the other. looking forward to watching more! đĨ°
duan jia xu and sang yan buying pads and a new skirt for sang zhi đĨš it's obviously awkward for them (and her) but they handled it in a very caring and discreet way
this drama was definitely worth watching because of the leads. easily one of the cutest, sweetest and (surprisingly) mature couple. i love that when it came to the conflict aspect, it wasn't the typical "breaking up due to misunderstanding/miscommunication" but you could really sympathise with their situation. yes it does feature noble idiocy but in a relatively healthy way. it was refreshing to see that their character was consistent and didn't drastically change for the sake of angst. they were always considerate and understanding of the other. a good example of selfless love.
our male lead refers to her as "xiao pengyou" meaning "little friend"
i'm really going to miss them so much. đâ¤ī¸
