No one accused him for such thing. They tried to blackmail him for drug use but his blood tests that show any kind of use in the past six months came out clear. He didn't buy sex, he didn't take drugs and he was accused for all about anything just for being a member of an otherwise totally legal private club. In other words a private bar because that is what he was probably doing there. Going there to have some drinks in private in order to avoid paparazzi and the press something that most celebrities do after work.

Actors can choose their roles. So getting these probably well paid crappy roles indicates that he is interested for the money and not on how these roles might impact his acting career. Perhaps he is trying to get as much money as he can get and then retire have a family etc. I' m not in his mind and I' m not h8s agent to know. But I don't care that much either.

I totally agree with what you've said here and at the previous comments. I don't know what is going on with him. I' ve just pointed out that he messed up his appearance snd he doesn't work on interesting and challenging projects. He looks like he is trying to get as much money as he can get and then retire at his 50s. I don't watch his work anymore because the quality is very low. I've just think that is a shame because he had some potential at some point.

This is a setup because Depardieu got a Russian citizenship too for tax reasons. Which I've applauded because I can' t see why Depardieu oughts to give half of his income to the French state when that income comes from internàtional productions and he doesn't own anything in France aside from the French citizenship. Hi. I haven' t watch that yet to have any opinion but I agree that he has destroyed his appearance. It is not anymore a good looking guy one that you'd watch his work because of his looks and that is not due of his age. My opinion is that all people of all ages can look appealing and even handsome if they look healthy and authentic. It is not the wrinkles or other imperfections that affect one's appearance. There are people out there afterall that are objectively not so good looking but they are likeable because they are themselves and as such unique. Lee Dong Wook doesn' t belong in this category anymore. Add to this the bad script choices and you are g9ing to see why no one will remember him in the future.

Such kind of elit entertainment clubs don't work with illegal underaged or forced into prostitution girls. They work with adult professional escorts. Don't confuse illegal trafficking with adult services. These type of services are legal all over the world and it is not illegal to use them. I don't see also what was all that thing with the drug use. The guy came out clean in all the drug tests. Even at the blood ones. I don't know for what they interrogated him for...for visiting an otherwise legal club for adults or for the non existent drug use?? IDK what was his "crime".

I wasn't particularly fond off that country's culture and that incident made me get sick off them. It is disgusting from any point of view. There àre no words to describe how it màde me feel.

TBH I don't care what his friends and collegues are trying to achieve with that statement because they were not by his side and they didn't make any statements while the local media ripped him off and the Police violated his civil and constitutional rights. S.Korea is as it seems a very backward and toxic country, the opposite of what is trying to show off to the world with its entertainment ( actually propaganda) industry. This incident made me realise what is the real S.
